Great cookbook
I recently got an Instant Pot as a gift and wasn’t sure what to do with it. I looked online for recipes, but they all seemed too complicated for something that was supposed to be easy, or “hunk of meat”-heavy, which didn’t jive with the way I am trying to eat these days. This book has easy recipes, with portion sizes and nutritional information, so I can make dinner and know how much I am consuming. I like the way it is organized into kid-friendly, or limited number of ingredients sections, so on extra time-deprived days I can get something going and then have time to spend with my daughter. Great cookbook!

My husband bought me a 3 quart instant pot for Christmas. I am new to instant pot cooking. So far I have made several recipes from this book and have found them to be tasty and easy to make. All the recipes I have made so far serve four. I have found the recipes very easy to cut in half to cook for two in the 3 quart instant pot. I would highly recommend this book.Update: If I could give this book a 10, I would. I have now tried almost half the recipes in this book. I have found every one of them to be good. I never hestitate to make a recipe in this book anymore. I know it will be good. Her recipes are simple and very tasty. I would buy from this person any time. I hope she will do another cookbook.

Awesome cookbook!
I’ve always hated dieting because I find that my meal options are so limited when I’m trying to count calories. It’s so easy to get bored with a redundant and bland diet, which often times makes me want to give up and go back to eating unhealthily despite my better judgement.The Skinny Instant Pot Cookbook helps combat the monotony of a low-calorie diet with delicious—but low-calorie—recipes. These recipes are fun and flavorful, and I can enjoy them even more knowing that I am not cheating on my diet! Not only are the dishes themselves enjoyable, but I can enjoy cooking them with the help of this cookbook’s well-organized layout and easy-to-follow instructions. The book supplies all the necessary information for recipes, which allows me to easily plan how long preparation and cooking will take, what ingredients I will need, and how many calories each serving will be. There are two handy tables of contents—one organized by type of dish and one organized into the categories of “Kid-Friendly,” “20 Minutes or Less,” or “7 Ingredients or Less”—which makes it particularly easy to find what I am looking for. And the instructions for the recipes themselves are logical and uncluttered. I noticed that an earlier reviewer commented that there was a problem with the page numbers but that must have been fixed because everything makes sense and is easy to find!Overall, this cookbook makes my low-calorie diet more than just bearable: It makes it fun and easy to maintain! This cookbook is totally worth it to anyone who is looking to branch out with low-calorie dishes that are healthy, hearty, and most importantly, delicious!

Seems like if you printed off receipes from the internet and saved them in a binder
While the recipes are pretty decent and they have provided us with some new meal time inspiration.... I would say that the quality of the paperback version of this book is likened to if you printed off the recipes and wanted to save ink so you didn't include pictures and you also wanted to save money on paper so you used the cheap paper you had under your desk... I won't return it but I certainly wouldn't recommend that the $$ be spent on it if you're expecting a reasonable quality cookbook you're proud to display in your kitchen.

Best healthy Instant Pot cookbook out there!
I love my Instant Pot and am using it to eat healthier and lose some weight. I've bought about 10 cookbooks geared toward healthier recipes for the Instant Pot recently and this one by far is the best. Simple, easy to understand recipes with "normal" ingredients and a few spices, and all geared toward lower calorie healthy meals. The front of the book is also full of helpful hints and information about Instant Pots and healthier eating. Best money spent on a cookbook yet!

Not Meals - just the main items
So I wanted to get this book because like everyone else my husband and I are attempting to get back into better health and shape and love our InstaPot and thought that this would be a brilliant idea! Received the book, and while it is easy to read and understand the recipes I was really hoping these would be more like "meals" not just BBQ chicken legs... or Rotisserie Chicken... Shrimp... Pork chops. Yes this is a good book if all you want is just a main meals and no sides. A few of them have basic sides like cauliflower or mashed mauliflower...

A Great Cookbook Family Approved Recipes and Weight Loss
I am a 100 lbs overweight and this cookbook has been so helpful. I lost 30 pounds in a month. I would recommend it for people who want a healthy diet and could use some weight loss!
