Nice Pump, but not for my truck
The Fitment guide says it was not right for my truck (2002 ram 2500 5.9l) , but the description says it is, so I accept my culpability in buying it. worked fine for a while, unfortunately I did not do a pressure test when installed. The after 3 months I notice it began to run rough and I cheeked the fuel trims and I was neg 40 combined, I checked the fuel pressure and it was 105psi and it should be 44-54. I still dont know if this pump should be that high or is the pump failed. unfortunately on Amazon, you need to do the research off site to find out what you need. On this item description there is no max pressure under the specs. Fortunately for me, my truck is lifted and dropping the tank is a fairly easy job. I write this to help others. I reordered a Spectrum SP7111M with a max pressure of 54psi and will write a review on that once installed.

Fuel pump for Dodge ram
This was an exact fit and match. Very quiet. Once I removed the extremely heavy full gas tank, lol installation was actually pretty easy. Has performed well,as I'm getting gas now. Seems like a very durable pump. The price was really good, definitely saved myself from purchasing locally.

DO NOT buy this pump!
BLUF: Don't cheap out like I did and buy this pump. Buy a reputable name brand, or you WILL regret it! REVIEW: I bought this cheap fuel pump for my 1996 Dodge Ram 2500 for $60. I expected it to pump fuel, and it did... for about 3 minutes. The first time I used it, it worked great. My truck started right up and ran smoothly. I was so happy that I had saved a bunch of money by buying a cheap fuel pump. But then, 72 miles after installing it, my truck started to sputter and die. I had to tow it home. Once there, it started right back up again, and pretended like it did not just completely eff me by stranding me on the side of the road. I was so frustrated I wanted to crush the fuel pump in my bench vice, but to do that I would have to get it out first. I had just spent hours dropping the fuel tank out of a 27 year old truck (you can imagine how much rust I had to bust and how frustrating it was just to get access to the pump...) Needless to say I DID NOT want to drop that tank again. So I had to order ANOTHER fuel pump, this time from Delphi. It cost me $350, but at least I knew it would last. After thinking real hard for about two days on ways to avoid dropping the tank, I resigned myself to my horrible fate and dropped the fuel tank AGAIN and installed the new fuel pump. This time, it worked like a charm, and my truck is still running strong several hundred miles later. I would not gift this fuel pump to my worst enemy; not even anonymously. Well...maybe anonymously. Rating: Negative 1 out of 5 stars PROS: - Lasted a full 72 miles! - Cheap (inexpensive) - Lifetime supply of regret - It fit my truck, too bad it only had one job and could not even do that. - This pump is so magical it can TRAIN YOU on how to be better at dropping fuel tanks! Before I bought this unholy abomination, I had no idea how to drop a fuel tank, but now, thanks to this little beauty, I have done it TWICE this month. Thank you! CONS: - Cheap (poorly made) - Will make you want to drive your truck into a lake and wash your hands of it OVERALL: This fuel pump is a complete piece of garbage. It's not worth the money, and it will only end up causing you more pain and suffering. Save yourself the trouble and buy a better fuel pump from a reputable brand. BONUS: If you foolishly choose to ignore my advice and buy this pump anyway, I recommend you calculate the distance of your next trip, divide by 72, and that is how many of these pumps you should buy. Keep them in your truck. That way, when your pump fails, you have spares to install on the side of the road. Have fun!

Stopped working already
Pump worked great for 5 months. Pressure regulator is going bad. Pump is pushing between 40 and 60 psi. Pressure Guage fluctuates rapidly showing that the regulator is bad. Hopefully the warranty is good. This happens on the most expensive pumps. It's always a gamble when replacing an oem pump.
