Buy these gloves.
These are thinner than my Tillman 24c gloves and they produce a lot of dust when they're breaking in, but they're really comfortable and pretty durable. No stitching blowouts, but I have cut a couple of the finger tips. I have a bad habit of using my TIG gloves as work gloves and MIG gloves too, so that's expected. Heck, they cost about the same as a decent pair of work gloves, might as well! I've bought two pairs, and unless the quality goes down the tubes, I plan on buying more. Dexterity is great with these. Feeding TIG filler on long welds is very easy.Edit: It's been almost a year since this review was written. I'm on my second pair of these, but I also use another Caiman glove and a set of Optrel from a local distributor. The first pair lasted a good long while. And I abuse them. The second pair was much less dusty, a pleasant surprise! These fit tighter than average Tillman gloves, but they're still very flexible and comfortable. Kind of like a driving glove for welding! I'm still impressed.

Been welding for a few year now I have a degree in it which is where I learned to weld and got to test tons of differnt types of gloves fore free while in school. I have been working and a welder fabricator in a high end hot rod shop for a few years now since school mostly mig and tig and I found these a few months ago and have 3 pair so far home, work, and in the truck I will not use anything else these are reinfored in the perfect spots and fell great even after 8 hours of tig welding on pannels at a wopping 40 amps if that. They do leave a lint type dust around at first like all quality tig gloves I have used but after a day or two of use that is gone and you have a reliable golve that of you tak care of will last longer than most and feel great the whole time

Not a bad value
First time tigging, and gloves are good enough for me. No problems with fuzz getting on cleaned metal, but I did smack the heck out of them and hit them with compressed air before use. Not sure how long their useful life will be, but at this price, I'm sure it will more than acceptable.

Worst thing I ever wasted good money on
I bought these a few weeks ago. I should have returned them right away. I got them a little dirty before I realized how bad they are. My gloves came with probably a trillion white lint particles. No, not a trillion particles - more like infinity. These particles are charged and the stick to all of my clothes. I take off my clothes outside as I don't want to bring all the particles in my home. In the first few days I tried vacuuming them with my shop vac. I mean how many particles could there be? That was a waste of time. These gloves must grow the particles faster than I can vacuum them off. Now I have used them for about three or four weeks. They are giving off lint particles like there is no tomorrow. I call it glove dandruff. Have fun TIG welding. They love to stick to the metal you just cleaned. Touch your torch and and it's coated with glove dandruff. Maybe it's understood that I should have run these through my clothes washer by themselves a few hundred times before using. Unfortunately I didn't get the instructions.

Great gloves
I've been using these gloves for about a month now and they've held up quite well. They fit pretty well right out of the package and once they were broken in, they are very comfy! I mostly use them for TIG welding but have used them for plasma cutting, oxy/fuel cutting, mig, and stick welding with no problem. They aren't very thick so watch getting to close to any real heat, but they're great for low/medium amp TIG

Questionable quality
The fit and feel was good for me (medium), but there is no consistency between brands when it comes to size. I had purchased these for my son and a large pair of Forney (55209) gloves for myself and the fit was the same. On the first pair the thumb just came apart as if the leather was rotten (not the stitching) within the first hour of use. The gloves were replaced, but I have not had the chance to use them to say if they are the same.I finely got a chance to try the second pair of gloves. After the first day of use the pinky finger on the right glove came apart just like the thumb on the first pair. After three days, holes started to wear through the palm of the left hand.

Bambi was,int hurt...in the making of these Gloves
They fit like a Glove......Sorry I could, int resist but honestly they really do fit well. The only problems have been my neighbor is a tree hugger and when she found out they were made out of White Tailed Deer skin, well she won,t talk to me now - called me a Bambi killer.... O well.....oh my dog tried to eat them....while I was wearing them other than that I like em.

Caiman TIG gloves
These gloves are excellent - very comfortable and soft with good tactile feel - it's almost like no gloves at all. They look to be well made and should last as well as any light weight gloves. They sure beat the heck out of regular arc welding gloves if you're doing TIG welding. The extra large size fits me well, so they possibly run a little small - I'm 5' 10" and medium build, about 165 lbs. My hands are maybe a little large for my size, but not much.
