Great buy!!
These are great chairs!! We bought 2 for our kitchen island and are very very happy with them. They came two days before originally stated by shipper and even the box didn't have a scratch or dent in it. Took me about 15 minutes to put one together. Very simple and articulate directions. They are very sturdy too! I'm 6'3", 240 lbs and these stools don't even squeak when I get on and of them. I have 3 brother's who are as big if not bigger than me and even though these stools have a 260 lb weight limit, I have no worries about them sitting on these stools either (although you should probably adhere to the weight limit). These stools look so nice you'd expect to pay $200 per stool!!.

Perfect for our house
Sturdy, handsome, comfortable set of chairs! Excellent quality and design. Quick delivery! Took me about 45 minutes to assemble each one but my hands don't work like they used to. We bought 4, (2 orders of 2 chairs per box) so so by the time I got around to number 3 and 4 I figured out ways to speed it up. Hint, go ahead and put the washers on all the bolts before you start and keep the bolts loose during steps 1 and 2. Easy to follow instructions, these counter top height chairs are prefect for us!

Comfortable but cheap for the price
The cushion on the seats are comfortable and they look nice. My couple issues are: Missing a couple bolts for assembly. The seats feel off and almost rock (not due to assembly) to where they feel a little wobbly. The wood is already getting paint chipped off on the backs of them and indents from them swiveling into each other. While this is definitely operator issue of my children, I didn't expect them to get damaged so easily. Not bad for the price compared to others I've seen but one less star because of the easy damage and rocking seats and missing pieces.

Don't Waste Your Money!
I take back everything I said in my first review. Last night the leg of one stool snapped in two just as my partner was getting up out of it, and crashed to the floor with a bang. Fortunately, he did not fall; could have been seriously hurt. We bought these stools in October 2022; it is now August 2023. They didn't even last a full year. And it's long past the return/refund window. I knew they weren't made of real wood when I bought them, but I thought they would last longer than this. So what to do? Go back to cheap metal stools that last 2 years, or buy more fake wood stools that disintegrate in less than one? I really sucks to be living a time when you can't get solid wood stools and have to pay $100 per year per stool just to have a place to sit in your own kitchen. Thanks a lot, China, and you too, Amazon. Guess I will have to hunt the junk shops now for some old real-wood stools. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ First Review: After going through 6 or 8 metal bar stools in 10 years - the backs kept breaking off because of poor design, and we are a couple of hefty guys - so we shelled out a little more to get these wooden ones. So far, so good - they are heavier than the old ones, and have a very solid, comfortable feel. Rich, dark brown polished wood looks very upscale with the black leather upholstery. First one was a bit tricky to assemble, took an hour; second one went together faster. Despite what some reviewers have said, we've been sitting on these for several hours a day for a couple of months now with no problems, and are very happy we bought them. P.S. - the backs of the old stools fit under the bar when not in use but these are taller - 29" to seat, 43.5 inches to top of back. Bar is 42" high.

Great stools, but the screws keep coming loose!
We bought 6 stools and they went together easily. They looked really good but within a couple weeks we noticed they were a little wobbly to sit in. I turned it over and the screws were really loose! One had almost worked itself completely out. If anyone has any suggestions to help keep the screws tight we would love to hear it. We do like the stools, but we have to check them weekly to tighten screws.

Purchased and Satisfied
These chairs are great if you don't want to spend a lot of money. We assembled them two days ago. They look great in our new kitchen. They are durable and sturdy. My husband is about 5'11"/200 lbs and sat on the chair with no problem. It wasn't difficult to assemble. I suggest you do not tighten the screws individually when assembling each section until you got the screws all in. I read the suggestion on a previous review and it worked. Overall, my husband and I are satisfied with the purchase.

Nice looking and comfortable
We bought these stools to replace the old worn out ones that came with our table. I love that they swivel, making it a lot easier to get on and off of them. Having a back on them is also nice. For the price, they are pretty decent stools, they look like they belong with our table and they're nice looking and comfortable. The seats haven't cracked or peeled or anything at all. Most important, the company stands behind their products. When I had an issue with my stool, they resolved it quickly and were very nice about it.

Nice looking chairs at a good price
These chairs look great in our home and coordinate well with our floor and kitchen. They arrived in a big box in about 100 pieces it seems like! My Engineer husband tackled the job and didn't lose his cool. He did mix up some screws so had to go back and remove and replace a few. There are screws that are just slightly different sizes, so pay close attention. For the price, the hassle of building them was worth it. They are pretty comfortable and we like that they are not too heavy so easy to move around if needed.
