He actually has kind eyes, but they don’t show up that way in a photo. It’s subtle garden art! My friends think he’s cool!

The face is peaceful, kind and mystical.I tried him in two places. My front yard gets more light. I can see how someone would pass by and then do double take thinking “ what was that?” I did find a place in the backyard I think the same thing will be said depending upon how the light falls on the very small tree that I hung it on. It is smaller than I had anticipated, however, it’s fun and fanciful. There are drainage holes in this unit so if you plant something it will drain. I made sure of that before I decided to keep it. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

I love this dude so much I hung him in my plant room. The only problem is that it space for dirt or a plant is so small there isn't room for growth (which wasn't what this was intended for) also there are small holes in the back so you have to remove it from the wall to water and drain but over all the details are fun and it's definitely a conversation piece! We love our Alfred!

I am very happy with this tree face. An English ivy looks grand as his head foliage, which has grown quite well in the amount of space allotted. Friends often laugh & comment at this whimsical tree face.

Update: just bought my second. Study and detailed. I am going to plant another teacup orchid. The first is still blooming and orchid seems very happy.Origional post: beautiful Greenman face with a lot of detail, but small planting slot, but I got a teacup orchid in. ( I drilled a larger extra drainage hole) the orchid loves its new home hanging on my fence. It is in a shady location, and so far has handled the Florida heat and humidity.

I bought this to hang on a tree. It would have been better a little larger. But, it's made well and reasonably priced. I really like it.

I decided to keep it, but it is much small than their picture represents.

What I liked most - this greenman makes me smile each time I pass it.
