This was better then throwing your hard hat on the floor
This was better then throwing your hard hat on the floor, like I've been doing for years. My hard hat rattled in the rack so i used some old 1/4" air hose and split it to wrap all the parts that touched the hard hat and it made it stop rattling and fit better.

Get a better welder.
First day I had this it broke. Tried to bend it to fit snugly on my seat, and it broke at the weld. Now I have to find a friend with a welder. Threw the box and return paperwork away because I didn't think I was going to need them.

it does the job
the only problem I have with this item is that my seats are thicker than most so when I went to resize, it broke at one of the welds.

Strong metal holder
This item is great! It fits over my truck seat and is made of metal that is strong and durable. It was a good buy for the money and I received it on the day I was told it would be here.

Stop trying to bend it to fit your flimsy ford seats!
Got it way sooner than expected, fit my truck perfectly. Holds hard hat securely. Haven't had any problems with the weld breaking like the other reviews talk about, I don't baby it and I use it every day.

Would work if it was welded better
It broke before I got it on my seat. It looks like it is designed to fit seats from the 1990's. Either way a weld broke before I got it installed and it is no good. Good idea, piss poor construction
