I'd tried several brands of wellies to date, and had been bitterly disappointed in them all.The worst were a pair of new Hunter Wellington boots.They weren't especially comfortable, but with an insole were fine.However, almost a year into owning them (dog walking and occasionally helping at the dog rescue centre in the rain) I noticed my right foot was wet one day.On inspection, I found the seam attaching the sole to the upper had split.Since they were still quite new but out of warranty I bought some diving grade waterproof glue for dry suits from Amazon and fixed the problem. This was excellent stuff BTW.Annoyingly, yet another leak appeared shortly after fixing the first.Then, lo and behold, the other boot developed several splits in the rubber along the side and on the instep rendering the pair of Hunter Wellington boots useless.While all of this was happening to my Hunter wellies, my wife bought a pair of Hunter wellies from a different store only a month prior to when my own Hunter wellies developed the first issues.Within six months, my wife's Hunter wellies began having similar issuesHers developed leaks and faults on both boots, they now both let water and hers are also useless.Lesson learned - DO NOT BUY HUNTER WELLINGTON BOOTS BECAUSE THE QUALITY AND DURABILITY IS APPALLINGLY BAD.After browsing what my options for boots were on Amazon, along comes a suggestion for the Dunlop Blizzard wellies.So, I bought them through wardrobe because of the enhanced return policy.The moment I slipped them on it felt like I was wearing house slippers.The fit was precise, comfortaable, and as expected.Unlike some wellies, the fit is so good that they don't flop around too much when walking making them tiring to wear for long periods.So far, they're durable, hard wearing, and overall, they are far better than the much more expensive Hunter wellies.If I wanted to be picky, the sole is a tad thin when walking over the knobbly surfaces, but a memory foam insole has solved that very minor issue.Overall, the Dunlop Blizzard wellies are highly recommend.My wife and I are both very pleased with the boots, they're waterproof, warm, and comfy - exactly what is expected.If you try the Dunlop Blizzard boots for yourself we believe that you will find them as good as we have found ours!

One thing I have noticed, is that under the sole of my foot, there is quite a large hard area. I haven’t had this issue with these boots previously. I did actually return the first pair I ordered, as one was particularly uncomfortable. It must be that the design of the bottom of the boot has been changed - which is a shame because they have always been so comfortable. On saying that though, I’ve tried several styles of wellies over the years and found these to be the best for long distance wet dog walks!

My wife had a cheap pair of "pretty" books that fell apart so after a lot of looking I settled on these, they do not get to much of a workout as she only uses them in the garden when it is wet and cold but she likes them, they fit true to size and are comfortable and a lot better than the old ones (Which to be honest is not very difficult).Cannot comment of life or long walks but so far they have good things from my wife, and I can assure you I would be told if anything was wrong with them!

I’ve only tried this boots on in the house so far to break them in. Super comfortable.Hands down the best fitting boot I’ve bought. Haven’t tested the water resistance yet. Product came early too which was great. For the price, a great buy.

I always buy this product one size smaller than my normal shoe size. I made a mistake this time and bought my normal size ten and it was too big. I then bought a size nine and returned the size ten. Fortunately, the seller dispatches very promptly and there was not too much delay in getting the correct fit. Returns also easy.

Both mine have a hard pea on the sole's arch that can be irritating as you slide into the wellies, but once on, you can't feel them. I immediately cut off the tightening straps (a useless added extra that gets in the way). Warm and cosy for autumn, but my feet freeze in frosty conditions... Not really "blizzard" wellies.
