Could of made the ends stronger especially where the screws go in

Nice sturdy door
I would have given it a higher rating, but the box had been opened and the attaching screws were missing. The company would not send extra screws and said to return the product to Amazon. I had already recycled the box. I think it would have been easy to install, if the screws had been included.

It fits the doorway well.
I just received this door. I was skeptical to buy it because of the many reviews about how it does not fit the doorway. For me, it fits. I'd feel more secure with its longevity if it had reinforcements on the vinyl where it attaches to the house as well as pre-threaded screw holes in the doorway that couldn’t be stripped, in case that were to happen. The door just has two small tabs and two small self-threading screws that screw directly into pilot holes in the doorway. Hopefully it lasts!

I think this is kind of a waste of money
I think this is kind of a waste of money. I understand that it is important to have a door on your dog house to keep the warm in during cold weather but this door didn't really fit the dimensions of the house I had. It checked multiple times that it would fit according to its dimension and the size of igloo I had and the measurements matched up. When it came I went to go install it and found multiple issues with it: 1. It doesn't seem long enough. There is a big gap between the bottom of the house and the bottom of the door flap. 2. The holes on the door flap don't match up with the holes of where to install it on the actual house so you have to bend it slightly to match up. 3. I have no idea how to install it because either the screws were to big to fit in between the door frame and the place where it says to drill the screws in, or there is now way to get a screw in where it says it is supposed to go. I've tried about 2 different times now and had to give up because none of the angels I was trying to install it in seemed to allow the screw to go in properly...

Try it for yourself
I purchased after reading the mixed reviews. It was ver easy to install. It doesn't come with screws so I used 2 small Phillips screws with wide heads. You could use washers if needed. It does leave about 1" to 2" gap at the bottom of the door. However I think it's needed to maintain a fresh air supply. All in all, I'm happy with the door. My dog seems to enjoy it as well!

bought it for a friend's puppy who sadly leaves the pup outside. I tried to convince him to bring the pup inside because it is very cold out but he's one of those types, who thinks a dog belongs outside. anyway. the puppy ate the inside mat, but that's the guy's fault for leaving the puppy on his own! the puppy disappears into this for hours on end and only comes out when its dinner time or he wants attention! a sign that he is comfortable, warm, and sheltered against the elements. UPDATE: the puppy is now a dog and lives with the guy's father indoors and is spoiled rotten.a happy ending!

Large size I bought was smaller than the Indigo dog-house door I have! I attached to it a piece of masking tape to close the gab..
