Trustworthy seller, would buy from again
I received my spark plugs on May 1st and I didn't open the package until the next day. Due to a packaging/kitting mistake I received 4x RN9YC and 4x RN12YC spark plugs. I contacted Amazon and got my RMA shipping label and asked that the seller reship another order with 8x RN12YC, I got them the next day and all is good! Thank you. By the way, the packaging was really good, the spark plugs arrived with no damage and the electrode gaps were still good. They all checked in with the .035" gauge 'go' and the .039" gauge 'no-go'!
