Flavor wise this would be 5 stars. The only reason I gave it 4 is due to the rather nasty rancid smelling coconut butter that was in all of the threads of the jar. I almost sent it back and would have if I didn’t need it ASAP. After cleaning it up I did not smell any rancidity, so whew! The flavor is exactly what I have come to expect from Wild Foods, excellent! As an Herbalist, flavors and aroma tell the tale of trust.

This is my first jar of Wild Coconut Butter so maybe my experience is due to the fact that it is nearing the end of its shelf life (expires in less than a month and a half and was packaged last summer). Clicked on "Return Or Replace Items" and get "This Item Isn't Eligible For Return" so I guess I won't be gambling on another jar to find out.

This is one of my favorite coconut butters, I have ordered it a few times. The products always arrive intact and clean, the packaging is nice and neat jar. The butter is very smooth and delicious, and clean. I love the values instilled in this company and trust that I'm getting a good quality product.

This stuff is fine for the price, but the flavor doesn't compare to other slightly more expensive brands..which I've noted for quite a few of the Wild Brand products. It does get 4 stars because I like and respect the company's mission and the quality stands up to the prices (which are generally lower than other items of the same) - to make this type of food available to more people.

This is a good product for a good price. Tastes good also!
