These work as expected and seem solid and well plated. That said, in the packaging, it says "You can purchase additional keys for $15 either online or by including payment with this form". So, I sent them a check for $15 along with the form to their Garden Grove, CA address. After one month, I'd heard nothing from them. I then emailed them enquiring about my purchase, and again, got no response. The reason, I strongly suspect, is that they are currently charging $25 for spare keys on their web site. I can see that they didn't cash my $15 check, however, they obviously won't honor the $15 price written in the packaging, nor respond to your emails.
