Bought this for NP school and it's great. Cheap in price but good quality!

My daughter wants to be a fireman paramedic after watching the 70s TV series "Emergency." She saved up her money to buy a variety of real medical supplies (no medical toys for her anymore!). She is very happy with this eye chart. Very small, but does the trick. She tests her friends' eyes all the time.

I track my eye sight and health often after cataract surgery last year. I possibly also have macular degeneration and tested every year. If things look fuzzy, it's good to know the eyes are going bad with a quick eye chart test!

This is a portable Snellen eye chart. I used it recently in creating a required video for a class. It is large enough to show up in a video and large enough for the patient to see even at a distance. It has a pupil size guide on the bottom. That is helpful to someone not accustomed to assessing pupil size. If something is spilled on it, it can be easily wiped off. I would recommend.
