Quiet.. But bad parts.
The actual mechanism was quiet, and seemed to work smoothly. Unfortunately we were unable to get it to work and had to return it. Technical support was pretty awful and took several hours to call back. The technical support let us know that they have a problem with the sensor, and that they are aware of it. Buyer beware.

Great Product
I needed an automatic door opener for my business, and this is the best priced system I found on the market. When it arrived, the electrician had no idea how to wire it correctly, and unfortunately wired it wrong, so it wasn't working properly. I contacted customer service, and once they got back to me they walked me through the process of re-wiring, and I was able to do it myself. The system has been working perfectly ever since. Thank you guys for all the help.
