Would ya look at that? Put these on my ‘67 airstream after losing one of the original taillight housings coming down the highway. So I riveted a piece of aluminum in the hole and riveted these glorious circles of illumination.

Worked for three minutes. Embarassing.
I had high hopes. I rewired a friends old horse trailer and they mounted fine, looked good and both focuses worked. Not bright, but I knew they were cheapies. He doesn’t use it much, mostly moving a few cows now and then. Seldom horses, but mostly local travel so it would be fine. After the initial test, I called him to come pick it up. 100 or so mile drive.(We’re from Northern Nevada cowtowns.)When he came to get it, nothing worked. wow.I hurriedly built some other brackets for a pair of others I had. Rectangles instead of round. Nice and bright. He’s happy and safe.
