We have the matching couch and love seat. It is well made and very comfortable! Delivered in a couple days. Great!

This recliner fits everything we were looking for—my husband did not want leather because it is cold, but I did for the aesthetic… This is the best of both worlds as it looks like leather but is fabric and is an extremely comfy rocker recliner that cost a fraction of other chairs we had looked at!! We are both thrilled! The bonus is the rocking aspect, with a new grand baby, it is the cherry on top!

Easy to put together, looks great in my living room. Soft material but the chair itself is kind of hard. A warning about shipping... UPS contracted out to a delivery service called CEVA. They were a nightmare. Gave me a 4 hour window and never showed. I called, they said they had to contract it to someone else but would be there in another couple hours. Big surprise, it never showed. Someone from CEVA called and I had the worst customer service experience in a long time. Told me I was ridiculous to expect a smaller window for delivery the next day (I asked because I didn't want to waste another 6 hours waiting for them again) and basically hung up on me. I got an email delivery was rescheduled for the next day between 2pm-5pm. At 10am I get a call that they are almost there. I'm at work, expecting to get home at 1. The delivery person himself was fantastic. He came back that afternoon. This company sent one older gentleman to lift these huge heavy boxes. He had a hard time just wheeling it to the front door. Clearly they don't care about their customers or employees. Avoid at all costs if shipping is going to be done through CEVA.

The recliner is good quality and I like the color and material.

Updated review: It is Now not quite 5 months old and the Mickey Mouse cable broke off of the reclining mechanism. So, for now it is a mediocre rocking chair. No, I would NOT buy this chair again, or recommend anyone buy an Ashley product, ever.We already had the same Ashley chair, (bought used but like new over a year ago). We wanted a matched pair, and our Local Ashley Store had sold the last one and could not get one at the “Black Friday” price.. They are a beautiful and comfortable chair, but I wanted to save a little money too!We chose to order from Amazon, as none of the Local Ashley Stores had or could get the chair, and my old chair was dying, so we did!Welp, the chair came, perfectly boxed, was delivered into my front room last week, and we anxiously unboxed it. Right off, I noticed that the advertised “Nailhead Trim”pieces on both arms was loose. Further inspection, showed that the trim pieces are neither secured nor recessed like it is supposed to be. When I contacted Ashley, I was quite rudely told I had to go through Amazon, that they could not help me. Well, Amazon was great, and actually gave me 4 reasonable options. I chose to keep the chair as I need a place to sit, and Amazon compensated me for the issue. I believe though, I am done with Ashleyfurniture as they do not have good quality control on their product, and very crappy customer service!

First of all, it's horribly hard and uncomfortable. But worse than that, the reclining handle broke after 9 months of very little use. This is the worst recliner ever, and for the high price, it should have been way better than the piece of trash it really is! Shame on Ashley Furniture for making such a terrible recliner.

This was a replacement for an identical chair from 8 years ago! Very comfortable and spills clean up easily with a damp cloth!

Had these 2 chairs about 2 months or so. They started making funny spring poping sounds the first week. When u pull on the lever on the side to recliner it nearly throws u over the back of the chair. When u try to get out of the reclining position it takes all ur strength and when u finally stand u have to make sure ur feet and legs r holding the front of the chair back and kick it with ur heal to make sure it locks back in place. It no lumbar support. I kept these chairs because I am to old and it is to hard to send them back. My husband and I like to have never gotten them in the door by ourselves.
