Great item can’t taste it at all and felt batter after a few weeks!

Top notch creatine does the job

I thought taking german creatine would fix my issue vs the cheaper chinese creatine, but I guess not, just feels generally awful after taking creatine, loss of focus, headache/migraine, tiredness, nausea etc not good.

If you have tried creatine before, you would be aware of the taste, ease of swallow, ease of mix etc. REAL Creatine Monohydrate is not the best in terms of all three, however, the effectiveness is the most important factor here! It is proven to increase sports performance and sleep quality. Don't worry about the nutrients when buying 'Creapure'. That is the PUREST form of Creatine Monohydrate and Myprotein offers it at a good price. So while this item might be more expensive than other Creatine powders, since it is the purest and highly researched form, it is a good value.

This is poor quality. Grainy, lumpy and chemical taste. Not like any creatine I've had before. I'll go to a quality seller next time. Myprotein just buy garbage in bulk from China.
