Ultimate is right! I am a Carpenter by trade (27+ yrs) and let it be known I personally believe this Titebond III hands down surpasses many big name wood glues and so called adhesives by leaps and bounds! After ripping down 1-1/2" Ipe, (pronounced E Pay) wiping the flat edges running with the grain I applied the T.Bond III Ultimate to the entire edge clamped them together wiped off the excess with a damp rag and let er' eat for 48 hours. Now this is just the T. Bond III No fasteners of any kind just a glued butt joint, I could not break the glue joint! I'm not a small weak man I bench 400 and have a very strong grip. The over the Knee trick... =Big ugly bruise on the lower thigh and my ego. In Pain we head to the vise, crank down, hammer and WACK!!!! Break the glue joint you ask? Hell no the grain of the wood split! Depending on your reference Ipe is the 8th hardest wood in the world and Titebond III Ultimate wood glue is stronger than its own wood grain! You do the math, try it yourself and see who is stronger.

This is the only glue I buy for anything that gets wet. I use it on cutting boards and bowls and have never had a failure. This is strong stuff when used properly.

Works great for indoor and outdoor wood projects

The only name in wood glue. You simply cannot go wrong with Titebond products. If you are looking for a little more work time, go with Tightbond II. For quicker and harder set, use Titebond ultimate.

I use it for gluing up cutting boards and furniture where I need a longer open time. Its waterproof when dried which is obviously what you want for a cutting board. Titebond is arguably the best glue on the market for general woodworking that is simple to use. It adheres well and creates a very strong bond once dried. Easy to clean up if you get it on your hands or unintended work surfaces. It has went up in price over the years which is a shame, but if you look around at big box stores and even smaller stores you can find it for a little cheaper.

I love this glue and find the gallon to be the most economical way to buy. Just be careful you do not buy more glue than you can use in a year! If you're making cutting boards, or building outdoor items, you must use a waterproof glue like this and I always trust this brand for all of my glue needs!

This stuff is hardcore awesome. Versatile, easy to use, and Incredibly strong! Mix with saw dust of matching wood for your project and you'll have the best, and cheapest wood putty that money can't buy.

Obviously, Titebond III is the best wood glue in the world. But getting the best product to door step is a big achievement. Seller had delivered the product with high standards. Best glue for wood working. I use it on everything I make and I make alot. This glue is nice to use in winter as my shop is around 50F so this still works excellent in lower temps.

There's a hole in the container.... Glue is leaking out.
