Lisle 16000 Small Cylinder Hone, 1-3/4" - 2-3/4" cylinders

Received the hone fast and in good shape except it wasn't shipped with the correct stone set. Called Lisle customer service and they sent the correct stones promptly free of charge. Very happy with Lisle products and customer service. Thank you.

The price could be better but it payed for its self on the first job its a nobrainer i recommendOut of round, tappered,or just need a refresh this thing is amazing. Not dummie proof but it works great lisle 16000

Looks like a great product. However it showed up with a broken stone. I don't have the time to wait to return the whole package and get a new one. I guess I will eat the money to get a new stone set ordered.

This is a great quality tool. Be aware that it will fit the bores started, but there are three different thickness stone sets. The hone does not come with most. Check the lisle website for more information.

Looks like a solid tool haven’t used it yet but opened up the a there was a broken stone. If they took the time to make sure nothing would move in side of the box the storage box that is it probably wouldn’t have gotten broke but the tool moves around inside of the storage box like loose change in your pocket so 9 times out of 10 chances are going to good that you’re going to have a broken stone

Hi,This hone worked perfectly! I had to go up to the first overbore, on the cylinder on my vintage 1974 S3 400 Mach ll Kawasaki Triple 2-stroke. That meant honing out 0.50mm or .020 thousandths + another .003 thousandths for piston to wall clearance. It took about an hour, but the cylinder came out straight with no taper in it. It's running fine. I'll be running it at the Bonneville Salt Flats next month, look for #3121 PP . Thanks again!Joe
