Is it really CROSS ???
I checked the Official Cross Website and it has NO "Bags/Luggage" section. Moreover when you run a search either on google or their official website on Leather Bags, Messenger Bags, Laptop Bags ... there are no search results. So it makes me doubt if its a Genuine Cross Product, something that the company doesn't list at first place.

Must deliver what's promised.
Cross pens missing in both the bags.1 star less for the pens.Either deliver the pens or don't commit. After all these bags are quite expensive.

Poor Quality
The bag looks good when arrived but witin month color started coming out and there is no authorized center for replacement it seems it was a fake copy of the original brand

The bag is very nice; better than expected. However, the strap was not included; nor was the pen.

It disappointed me to find these creases as I expected the ...
Received the bag on time. The bag is generally OK. However, there are creases in the leather in the front of the bag perhaps due to improper storage or packing. It disappointed me to find these creases as I expected the bag to be just like the one pictured in Amazon - smooth surface. I have to accept this as I cannot send this back as I live outside the US. Also, the pen shown was not included. Instead, I received a separate package containing a small Cross beige phone case good only for the Ipod Touch. Overall, the bag is OK.

Perfect bag for business travel
Husband travels quite frequently. Some times just for the day, others a 2 day business trip. He likes to have a change of clothes, laptop and chargers, etc but doesn't like a thousand zippered compartments to dig through. This bag is a perfect size and well made. Highly recommend.
