I didn’t need new clamps but wanted a different colored pair and saw these. Got them and used them for some heavy-ish deadlifts and there was very minimal slip. I would hope they wouldn’t move at all but given the amount of weight and that I didn’t set it back down super evenly, they did the job. They’ve been doing the job ever since!!

Used these clips on standard 2” barbell. They work great, I’ve had no issues and they hold very tight.

If you like secure weight in the public gym this should be in your bag

I’m an avid crossfitter, so I do lots of barbell lifting. The plastic collars at my gym seem to have vanished, leaving the manual metal collars as the only option. Literally hate those ones because it’s a workout getting them on and off the barbell to change plates. I didn’t want to spend $50+ on some name brand collars from Rogue, etc., so I decided to try these. They work PERFECTLY! Minimal slippage after dropping the barbell numerous times, they have a secure, snug fit on a standard barbell, and they’re super easy to clip and unclip! I highly recommend these, and you can’t go wrong with the price 💪🏻
