I bought this to use with an acoustic guitar and did not want anything too stiff, heavy etc. I also wanted one that was discrete so this brown one fitted the bill. It is perfectly fine, meets my criteria and seems well made.

Strap ends are sturdy

As a strap for a light weight reso guitar this is good looking and really comfortable. Sure I'll be buying a couple more for other guitars

Not bought a guitar strap before so for now I just wanted a plain simple strap and this one seems good value. Creatives can personalise the strap with embroidered badges.

Despite saying the ends are “genuine leather”, they ARE NOT! They are made of PU synthetic leather. PU leather has a backing material, so when folded it is very thick and difficult, if not impossible, to get on the strap stud on the guitar. I had to attach the bottom end to the stud by using a cord, like a shoelace (provided) so I always have a doubt about it’s ultimate security.Apart from that it is a reasonably comfortable strap, chosen primarily to match my black Epiphone Acoustic.

I only bought this because I bought a new acoustic guitar, so it wasn't a replacement for another item.I wouldn't want to use this for anything heavier, although I would imagine for lighter weight electric guitars (strat, tele etc) that you could get away with it as the button holes are nice and tight. I would not use it on my mahogany guitars!!The strap is a good width, comfortable, and has a nice range of length which is easy to adjust.
