Update. Customer service got me a new one out in 3 days. Had to purchase a new one from amazon and they sent me refund because it was faster. This one works great so far. I understand electronics can be faulty just hope this one lasts.2 hours replacing screen. Everything went good just took my time to make sure everything was right. Turn on phone n screen looked awsome. Touch pad is off. Can NOT use anything on lowet screen. No contacts, favorites, no space bar. Renders my phone about useless let alone time i spent. Find another cause this one isn't it.

Update: After I requested the replacement and still had the problem with the tools that came with. I contacted the seller and the seller offered the discount for me to buy the tools. Today I replaced my screen and I have to tell you that it really works well and beautiful. I'm highly recommend this product and this seller. Thank you.I will change the review if the company do something to help. First package, tool didn’t work. Can’t unscrew the bottom 2 screws(tried with 3 iPhones) requested replacement. The second package arrived, opened it up everything out of the box. The package didn’t get secured properly. I don’t know screen will work or not...tool is still too big to use to unscrew the bottom screw.

It is convenient that this set comes with the ear speaker and shield already installed, but the speaker has some distortion from incoming calls. Also, the color of the digitizer is off on mine. Maybe i got a connector dirty or something. The colors aren't as bright as they should be. The whole screen has a gray tint when compared to an original Apple screen. Sensitivity is good.Customer was helpful and offered a full refund for the bad screen. No harm, no foul.

Purchased this to replace the screen on a IPhone 7. Had everything needed to repair. However, the color and pixels on the led look very cheap. Not pleased at all looks like I have a knock off brand iPhone. Will be putting my old screen back on. Waste of money

So I've already waited a few days to order and receive the screen replacement, now I have have to find a y000 screwdriver since Apple decided to have all the screws use different screwdrivers.Its pictured to only come with 2 screwdrivers but mine came with 3 (Blue-handled Pentalobe, Red-handled Phillips, and White-handled Conical) and it should have came with one more for the tri-wing screws. SO i can't get to the home button or camera and ear piece until I find a y000. Not satisfied.

Happy with everything except it’s not as bright as the original.

I am not very happy with these screens. The first one I ordered had a broken cable. After getting a replacement it worked really will until my daughter dropped the phone. The same cable broke on the screen. I don't think these are very good quality.

Get the kit with the camera and backplate included - its much easier to install than the less expensive kits that just give you the screen.
