What is the difference between the daily smoothing serum, thermal straightening balm, dry oil, and ionic bonding spray?

Hi!!I buy the ionic bonding spray for my daughters because they get a Brazilian blow out professional treatment in the salon and the salon recommends these products for this service. Anyway the ionic bonding spray is incredible for split ends. I use it when I am using the straightening iron only because its so hot and I find the ionic spray literally mends split ends. Im not joking. I'ts magic. I haven't had an issue w diluted product but I got in a while ago. I also buy the shampoo and conditioner but honestly I find that that doesn't impress me as much as the ionic bonding spray. The shampoo and conditioner are very overpriced and I find a good sulphate free shampoo and conditioner are just as good to make the Brazilian blow outs last longer.

Can this product be used if your hair is already dry?

I tried it on my hair one time when it was dry, I didnt like the result. It made my hair look bad. I have grey fly away hair. I spray it on my wet hair then blow dry - I really like the results when used that way. Hint: shake well before using. Hope this helps.

Is this also a heat protectant for flat ironing and blowdrying your hair?

It is mainly used to optimize the longevity of a Brazilian Blowout, but it states that is is also protects against heat. My opinion would be that if you have not had a Brazilian Blowout done you may want to look at other products. BUT this is wonderful to use if you have had a blowout.
