Strap was comfortable & convinient, but case was flimsy & did not protect my phone

Great product and it arrived promptly.

For the price, it’s a nice case. I like the wide elastic band, easy to hold. No idea if it stretches out. Had to return as the wrong size was sent. It matters which iPhone X it is!

First, I ordered a customized band on website.. when it didn’t turn out quite right the CEO reached out and personally wrote a letter offering to do another band ( with my approval) at no additional cost. I’ve been using these swittch bands, now for a short while but let me tell you there are so many positives the babies hold . The band never over stretches, adjustable, perfect for any finger size and hold; I haven’t dropped my phone, can carry anyway even while carrying heavy stuff, and they are so cost effective you can order a ton and no shipping cost! I’ve completely made a switch from pop sockets to these. It also allows you the ability to charge your phone on a flat charger: no more removing the case to charge like the pop sockets.The durability is phenomenal and the simple fact that a company will reach out with a handwritten note - And from the owner- says a lot about the character and integrity. I will be getting these babies in as many hands as possible. One more thing the case is drop proof and fits perfect on my IPhone!Cons: none!!

I received this today and am returning it. It could be so good with a few tweaks. The case itself feels cheap and has rough edges which just doesn’t feel great in my hand or against my face. Also, the case is slick and looks mega greasy the instant you touch it. Add to that, the neoprene has zero grip against your skin. Thus, the phone isn’t nearly as secure as it could be. If this were made with a silicone coated case and silicone band, it would be nearly perfect. After 5 minutes, I put this back in the box and am returning it. Phones are expensive and mine is with me all the time. I want it to feel good in my hand and function well. This product isn’t there yet.

UPDATE: This company is everything! They actually care about their customers! I wrote a previous 5 star review and in response I received a handwritten note and some extra colored bands! What’s better than that? They have bands for every mood or outfit. I also learned the bands are reversible. They are definitely durable; they fit my tiny hands but can be adjusted for larger hands. Kudos to this company. They know what's important. 🙌 I Will be shopping with them for all my future phone case gifts. I highly recommend them and this awesome invention of phone case bands.

The buttons are a little too touchy because the case is stiff they are. That’s the only drawback which is kind of major because my phone keeps taking pictures or shutting off anytime I accidentally barely touch it. But they were very nice and sent an extra band. Only complaint I have is where the buttons are and I would like to have more options and colors specifically a pink band that is shown in the pictures*UPDATE... Since my last review I received a new case with in fact a pink band with a very nice note. I very much appreciate the time and attention this company takes for customers and I will definitely recommend to friends! my new case works perfect! Thank you!

I want to like this case because it’s a great concept! I’m having trouble using my phone with one hand like I did with my previous case (which broke) that had a ring instead of a band. I find that I need two hands with this case - one to slide through the band and one to type/do stuff on the screen.I wasn’t sure from the pictures and reviews if the edging around the screen would be raised, and it is slightly. That’s usually not an issue for me, but the edge almost seems unfiled or unbuffed, so it’s scratchy. I didn’t notice this until I answered a call and put the phone against my face. There’s a thin edge around the case front that scratches my face. Not bad, but it feels abrasive.When not using the band the case is slippery. I dropped it three times the first day. It also shows fingerprints very well. I’m adding a star back for the case doing its job when I dropped it.
