Gin, summer, pine trees, altogether a fantastic & stand out gin, well worth a try.
I do like a good gin/whisky/brandy, though I do admit sometimes it's only really possible to distinguish the brand with the benefit of having eyes on the label! St George Terroir is without doubt a stand out gin with a flavour that I'm pretty sure I'd pick out from a large cast of great gins. The flavour being so profoundly different will appeal to some and not so to others, it is after all a matter of taste, and not all of our tatstes are the same. As other reviewers have said the overriding flavour and scent with this gin is that of pine needles, and that is what I love about this gin. It's like walking through a mediterranean pine wood on a hot summers day - you are breathing in the scent from the trees, while listening to the pine cones singing as they open. Even half a measure mixed with a double of a good stock gin will see its flavour cut through and still make a distintive G&T. If you like your gin, this is well worth a try. The only downside being that it is most often in the higher price bracket, though keep an eye out for when it's on offer and you can snap up a bargain.

a stunning gin
over the past few years i've gotten more and more interested in gin, consuming quite a lot of it in the process, almost to a point where i felt like i'd started to tire of it a little (sacrilege, i know). this has totally reignited my interest. if you like monkey 47 or dodd's (even though i know they're not even remotely similar!) i feel like you owe it to yourself to try this, it's really something

Gin link walking in a pine forest
love the taste on this gin, the flavor and aroma remind me of a pine forest. Better as a neat gin, but works will with a good tonic and long.

Just one sip!
If you think all gins are alike you haven't tasted this one! A great gin that takes you right into the middle of Muir Woods. Amazing botanicals that add to oeuvre while showing real respect.
