My father is always constipated. So I give 3/4 tablespoon every 3 to 4 days and it does the wonders. I crush the contents to fine powder. It dissolves easily that way. I have to use Luke warm lemonade to get him to drink it. For him, it takes 6-8 hours to work. But it does the intended job.

If I'm having a heavy meal, I will take some of this to make sure I don't get bloated after. It works very well in flushing out your body.

Good product... very costly though.
As naturopathic medicines are getting exposures, they are getting hyped up too. And companies start price gauging.
