Premium Blue Suede Treeless Saddle by Sydney Saddleworks

I ordered a saddle. A saddle that requires much more than setting it on the horse. It must fit both the horse and rider. It takes time and care to try out especially since it was not your typical leather saddle The saddle was shipped from Missouri taking several days. Once We tried it out I called on the following Monday left a voice message. I was told Linda was to call me on Wednesday instead I had to call her. I needed a larger size. Only had one size larger. I decided to return it. It was in excellent shape and took great care in using it. Now I am notified That the $325 saddle plus shipping has given me a loss of $125 plus shipping because I didn't return it in time. If the item was returned (and I took an additional loss of $25 to ship back to Mo) at the same shape I received it. Why not a full refund!!! I am extremely disappointed and will not ever recommend not buy another item from them. I do not recommend them to anyone with such a unfair return policy

I own three of these. My first one is ten years old and has been rode in creeks and many trail rides. It is the most comfortable saddle I have ever owned and you don't have to worry about fitting it to your horse as it is treeless. I ride in this saddle in pretty rugged country and always feel secure in it. I bought two more because I'm a bit of a hoarder and I'm afraid I won't find these eventually. I bought my last one a few years ago. I'm so tempted to buy another as they are hard to find. Highly recommend it if you like close contact!
