Awesome!
I'm giving it 5 Stars because there is nothing on the market like it, and im so thrilled to have it. Its been a few days now, and my issues are the same as others. But nothing so serious I regret my purchase. Actually I love my purchace so much that Im considering getting one for upstairs.#1: The water comes out painfully slow! The Fix: Time how long it takes to fill "your bowl" to desired level. Set your cell phone timer to that time.I feed my dogs and wash all their bowls, and while washing bowls I fill the water bowl. It works great with my size bowl. I set a timer as a back-up but I dont think I'll ever need it. When Im done washing bowls I turn it off.#2: The bowl is too small, or just right -but the nozzle takes up a lot of room making the bowl smaller for my big dog. Luckily the bowl doesnt attach, so I used my heavy duty stainless steel big bowl to fix this issue. I like that the bowl does not attach because it makes it easy to wash it first thing in the morning before I feed my dogs. Then while I am washing their food bowls I turn on the water to fill the bowl. Very important to wash water-slimb build up daily for your dogs health. It's easier then trying to fill the water from the cooler, or the filtered water in the fridge. This takes away sooo many problems that to me the small issues are just not a big deal. My dog's are never given tap water because I don't want them drinking chimcals, and this just made my life sooo much easier, it's just beyond awesome!I spent hours looking at dogs bowls but the auto refill makes it hard to clean the bowl daily. When I found this i knew it was what I'd been searching for. So, yes, a few minor issiues, but the benifits outweigh them.My stainless steel bowl is high enough that it fits under the nozzle keeping it in place. I have a grip mat so the bowl doesn't slide. But, my dogs are also trained so I've never had an issue with pawing at the bowl, or spilling water.Other Bonus: No stupid filters (extra montly purchases) or pumps with tubes to clean.Just good, pure water!I highly reccomend this!!

Love this!!
Absolutely would recommend!! With 3 dogs and a cat it was a pain having to refill their bowls constantly. We live on a farm that has tile water, and we noticed that their breath was bad and their teeth began to become irritated. They love it and I am more at ease since their dental health and breath have improved so much. This dispenser has been my life saver and a time saver!!!

Twist valve-BOO
I know it says manual/not automatic but I somehow assumed it was a lever you could activate with a foot or teach a dog to use, but instead it is a twist valve that that you have to bend nearly to the ground to activate and fills super slow and is easy to walkway from and flood your area. Very disappointed. Also bowl is pseudo removable meaning it neither stays where it is supposed to nor is easy to get out to wash.

EASY TO CLEAN
I was in search of a bowl that would not allow the dirty gross backwash water back into the clean water. This one works great! The clean water is kept completely separate from the used water in the bowl. Saves trips back and forth to sink. I have 2 big dogs so we had to swap out the bowl that comes with it to a larger bowl, but it still works. Also gives the flexibility to use any bowl you want based on the size of your fur baby(s). Word of advice, do not turn it on and walk away! Even though it takes a little time to fill, wait for it! Water all over the floor was not fun to mop up!

Would buy again
We have had this product for a week now and here's what I can say. We have a German Shepherd and he is really hyper and constantly on the go and getting water was always a hassle for him so the quicker he got it the better1. Refillable Water: It has done nothing but help us tremendously with not having to refill constantly and with keeping water inside the bowl. You do have to turn the "faucet" to refill the bowl itself but it keeps it from overflowing due to the pressure difference since the bottle is upside down2. Capacity/Stability: Holds a 5 gallon Primo/Zephyrhill water bottle that you get at the grocery store with no problem with stability. The base is very solid and doesn't move easily with the push from the dog or just bumping into it.3. Build: The materials used are a decent quality. I'm no plastic expert but it feels really nice and we'll built. All of the parts are solid and thick and I don't foresee it breaking from use anytime soon.4. Cleaning: The base or bowl itself is removable and easily cleaned. The water bottle comes right off for easy replacement and the tubes connecting the water bottle to the faucet are accessible but I don't think I'd be pulling it out of the base.Overall: it's a great product and I have already recommended it to several friends and coworkers. Plus it's cheaper than you'd find in store at the major pet retailers. It's 5 stars from me.

It does what the write up says it does
It is good if you have large dogs or more than 1. It does take a 5 gallon water bottle but sometimes it will leak by and fill up whatever bowl you have underneath it, and overflow to the floor. Luckily I learned that fact when mine did that in my garage. If it happened in the house, then I would've had to use either a mop or wet/dry shop vac. The facet on this is to close to the floor so I made a small platform for it and placed a large stainless steel dog dish under it. I noticed that if it isn't used for a period of time (3 days for me) it will leak out where the bottle goes in. If it doesn't just sit without usage it works fine and had no leaking problems.

Lots of water now for 2 dogs. Water in area not great so load a 5 gallon bottle.
VERY helpful. We have switched to bottled water for coffee and drinks. I felt bad about dogs not getting same water. Just a bit tricky as you tilt bottle in. It is helpful to hold spout until you get into slot as it can spill out.Just was worried about having to turn spout on and off. Just turn on every time you feed dogs is simple. I do have a larger dog and have a large pan under the spigot.
