I just got this pack today and began using it. It’s all very well made, sturdy, the part that attaches to a door is super easy so you can move it to different placements in seconds. The sliders work great too. This is a great value for the set and for me living in a tiny DC apartment, a huge space saver from big bulky free weights and really easier to use. Highly recommend!

There's not much to say about the product, they're exercise bands. Do they remain one pieceor tear easily ...? These work just fine and seem plenty durable, they're exercise bands. What I'd really like to talk about is customer service. I had one band start to fray. It was not the fault of the band, I accidentally drug it across a sharp corner. I contacted kootek, not because I expect a freebie because it was my fault, but to see if they could sell me just that band. While they were not able to do that, they did continue a relatively long correspondence with me to try to find a solution to my issue which we did find. They demonstrated excellent service and excellent communication to help me find a resolution to my problem. Thanks Vickie!

These bands are strong and great to use! The light, extra light, etc. bands still smell but I'm sure the smell will go away the more I use them. I'd recommend, it's a great amount for the money to me!

I've been training with weights for decades. This is the best "home" workout I've had with non-weighted equipment. The bands give your muscles a different feel from regular weights, so in essence, it shocks the muscle. During this CV19 "at home" time, it's kept me going and maintaining. No, it doesn't replace a gym full of weights, but given the right workout, you will sweat, you will get sore and you can build and tone muscle. It was also fantastic for those days when I didn't have time to go to the gym. Just a quick setup and go in the living room.

With the gyms closed during the covid pandemic, my husband was looking for a way to keep up his workout routine, and for the price? We’re extremely happy with this product. Good range of bands, and everything comes nicely packaged with a good back to keep it stored in. With regular use I’ve seen the bands hold up well, with the only complaint being that the door workouts are awkward, though that’s not the equipments fault, just a weird door height. If you’re looking for an affordable set of workout bands, these are going to give you a good amount of bang for you buck.

Due to injuries to several joints I have found resistance bands to be very useful. I can work angles and exercise variations to get a good work out while not further injuring shoulder and hips. Recently I had to ask for refunds on 2 other brands I ordered on line but Kootek is proving to be different. The bands and handgrips are sturdy and quality made. The ankle straps actually fit well and are well made. Plus, there is a good exercise guide included. Well made and definitely worth the price.

I can't speak to the durability since they are brand new, and if the durability fads quickly - I will update this review. I'd been on the fence about going back to my gym, or any gym for that matter. Arnold says no, Jillian says no, and I'm traveling so I looked for something that I could use just to condition. I'm not looking to bulk up - been there done that. I've only worked out with the resistance bands with the handles so far, and they do put fatigue into my muscles. There's male and female exercises in the included hand-book, and I've only so far worked through a few of the mens exercises so far - biceps, triceps, shoulders, etc. I'd recommend these to someone who was working from home and wanted some type of exercise groove just to remind their muscles they've not forgotten about them, and how to potentially punish them. I was always skeptical of kits like this, but in the context we're living in today - something needed to happen to get my exercise groove back in motion. I've never liked machines, only free-weights, and yoga. This seems to be a happy medium to go with my yoga in the mornings after a long run or walk.

So after having them a little over a month they have stretch out quite a bit. I have used the 50 and 40ib mostly. When I got them they were the same length but now if you put the 50 or 40ib next to the others they are noticeably longer. You can feel the differences as well. I would say the 50ib is more like 45ibs now and the 40ib is more like 35ibs. I think over time that will get worse and will have to get a new set. So in final. For the cost and if you are going to be just starting out this is a good set but if you want to do it long term and eventually move up then you will need a more of a durable and versatile set.

Muy buenas ligas y muy completas. Lo único es que el herraje que se usa para enganchar la liga al soporte de la puerta, no está bien terminando y va dañando la banda de tela del soporte. Pero no es nada grave. Hasta ahora han funcionado muy bien.

The item is alright. It doesn't stretch as much as it should for a lot of workouts. And some of my straps have already broken. Very limited in what I can do because of its stretch limit.

This as a set of home exercise equipment is a great set. The bands and sliders and grips are all good for the likely exercises they are used for. Not 100% happy with the door connection could be more user friendly however as a set no complaints and in lockdown a mental health saver!
