This shipped super fast and are good quality! i used them to make a couple dozen linzer cookies and they worked great - really clean defined edges. The inner cutters (heart) was a little annoying in that the dough would sometimes get stuck to the cutter and i had to pop it out - but dipping the cutter in flour before each cut really helped with this. Overall, these were great for the price & work perfectly! Given the reviews, I'll avoid washing overly with water and just wipe them down after use.

It is smaller then a normal linzer cutter however the size makes a great tea party cookie. All of the shapes except the diamond and the eight pointed star work very well. The diamond does not hold it's shape and the 8 pointed star does not cut well and is hard to get the cookie dough out of. Must dry after washing or they will rust. This is not a commercial use product and it does not behave as one. It is excellent for the price a little more work then the commercial ones I'm use to using at the bakery but for the price I can't complain. I was going to include a picture so you could see what the shapes look like but it won't let me!

The positive part is that the set is stainless steel. I had another set before that wasn't and it rusted. What was very disappointing for me was the the insert for the top cookie cutout fell out after every first or second piece. It looks like there was a bad fit, which won't hold the insert in place. This is the best way I can describe it. It took a lot more time then if the part would have stayed in place. Frustrating! I don't know how to take a picture of this to show what I mean.

I've already used this twice! My dad loves linzer cookies and when I make them, they come out perfectly now. The cookie press is easy to use and easy to clean. The cutters are easily fitted into the press and create perfectly centered cookies every time. Couldn't be happier. Such a great addition to my baking tools.

Only used heart and it bent. Too late to return

I use this every year to make my holiday cookies and they are easy to use and make very pertty cookie. The only caveat is it's hard to get dough out of the center shape, and the stamp falls apart after hard usage.

I made my first ever Linzer Tarts with my Fox Run Cookie Cutter set. They were really easy to make. The cookie cutters were a little flimsy and I had to be careful when cutting out the cookies - but all in all they worked well.

Just so you know, the picture is not accurate. The plunger on the largest cutter is made of red plastic. I doubt this will change the performance. Also, if you have your heart set on those 6 shapes, know you might be surprised to find different shapes. In my case instead of the triangle and star, I received a nativity star and teddy bear. Lastly, the main cutter is 2" wide, not sure if this was specified. Definitely a smaller cookie, not sure what is standard for Lindser

I made linzer cookies but I found that the inner piece of the cutter gets dislodged very easily and the centre piece of the dough that is cut out difficult to clear.Also the washing and drying of the cutter is hard and time consuming.

Product is exactly like the photo. Good quality and look forward to using it.

Having never eaten or heard of these cookies prior to purchase, I was just purchasing them to easily make the pastry cookies my husband makes. Well with the easy to follow recipe and thought-out directions, I made a double batch of Linzer cookies in no time! And they were delicious! I was saving some for a friend, away over the holidays, in the freezer--but my husband informed me they taste great frozen too!The cutters are great quiality and easy to use. I store them in the plastic box they came in.

The recipe that comes with the cookie cutters makes dough that is too sticky. It's easy enough to find another dough recipe, but the real problem came with washing the insert cutters for the top cookies. It's difficult to get at the pieces of dough that stick inside the inserts. I soaked the cutters for 15-20 minutes, and they started rusting! I tried washing them with vinegar to get rid of the rust, but I can't get all the rust off inside the inserts.So the inserts will get tossed because I don'tt feel comfortable using rusty cookie cutters. The larger cookie cutter washes easily. I can still use that to make cookies, but I will need to use different cookie cutters to make the nice insert you associate with Linzer cookies.

The center punch element wears the main body element and falls out. Looks like the locking feature will be a weak point. I still like the designs and can press the center punch outside the cutter. Overall worth the price.
