I am so impressed with these frames. I orderedtwo of the 8x10 packs. They were packaged with great care, with no damage, but every frame has a note telling you how to proceed if the frames are damaged or if you just don't like them. Well they exceeded my expectations, so no need to call customer service. I've spent more and got less quality than these beauties. And BTW, they were ready to hang both portrait and landscape triangle hooks attached, with screws and anchors enclosed for your wall should you need them.

I ordered 4 of these frames (2 sets). Two frames were perfect, one had a small defect I could live with, and the other one had a dent in the perimeter of the frame that was not acceptable. Each frame has an insert to email the vendor, Spoiled Hippo, with any issues, so that they could replace or refund the item. I emailed them immediately but NEVER heard back, so I sent yet another email indicating how annoyed I was not having heard back from them. No reply. Ugh. Anyway....Since these frames were for a wall grouping that was now missing a frame, I reluctantly sucked it up and bought another set of 2 frames from them on Amazon. This is not a great track record, in my opinion, but I was stuck. My recommendation is that despite the fact that the undamaged frames are lovely, it's apparent that there is no quality control and you are likely to get a mix of 50-50 good and bad frames. Buy another vendor's frames and avoid the aggravation.

I never thought I’d find a ready-made frame in this odd size (10x13). These are real wood with glass and very cost-effective. I couldn’t be more pleased. They were perfect got framing a vintage magazine ad from a 1949 publication.

I was quite pleasantly surprised with the quality of this frame. Far higher quality than I would find at local shops for far less. Packaged well too. I'll be looking for this maker for future frames.

The picture frame is reasonably well-made and nicely priced BUT It states that it is a 4 x 6 frame with a 3 x 5 mat. Not true. It is a 5 x 7 frame MADE TO DISPLAY a 4 x 6 photo, with a 3 x 5 mat. If you are buying a frame to fit is a specific place, that makes a difference! I was disappointed, sent it back, reordered, and received the same thing. Their customer service was impeccable but the product isn't what I wanted.

I have now ordered six of these frames. No issues with any of them (no breakage, etc). They are a nice, basic frame. The corners are put together well...I was a bit worried they might not look good on the edges, but they are fine. I had a number of pictures I took from a practice round at the Masters a fews years back and wanted to frame in my study. They look great.

These are the best frames I have had. The quality is outstanding and the price is great. I am going to order more of these. Very sturdy and well made. Thanks for a great product

The products were shipped with extra padding for safe mailing. The product was exactly as described with frames of good quality and durability. My pictures fit perfectly.
