Almost the perfect pen
Comfortable, Cross got the ink right- dries quickly. Cap is difficult to “post” & does not come in fine tip. I still use it. If it came in fine tip it would be my go to fountain pen, I would just deal with the cap.

good ink
This pen is bigger than I thought. It had good ink and extra cartridges to refill. I did get a smudge of ink on my hand so I had to start a list over. With ink id have to be careful anyway. I do have a regular pilot pen that is equal as far as the looks of the letters but its just nice to have this pen. I like to write with it.

Nice Pen
I am just now getting into using fountain pens and this is my third Cross fountain pen. My first was a Cross Adventura, the second was a Cross Bailey Light fountain pen light polish and lastly this Cross Calais. I am very pleased with the Calais.

Beautiful - But Stopped Working
This product was disappointing. I ordered two and both have stopped working. I've cleaned and restarted ink carriage several times, only works for a minute or two and then does not flow. I could not waste anymore time on not having a working fountain. Moving on. I would not recommend to anyone.

Office people read!
This pen last me a lot longer than the cheaper pens. I do a lot of paper work and go through so many pens that I invested in this and to my surprise I ended up saving money in the long run.

Recibí un producto usado
La pluma en sí está bien. Es elegante y de buena calidad. Tal vez el plumín demasiado grueso. Lo malo es que la unidad recibida estaba usada cuando se suponía que era nueva. Lleva 2 cartuchos de tinta y uno de ellos estaba puesto, medio gastado y con la tinta reseca. Después de limpiar la pluma coloqué el segundo cartucho y funciona bien, pero no entiendo cómo te venden un producto usado como nuevo. No la devolví por que el precio al que la pillé era muy bajo, pero desconfiad de estas super-ofertas.

La scrittura è fluida e lineare. Conserva l'inchiostro molto bene anche dopo settimane di assoluto inutilizzo.Peccato che il caricamento è proprietario.

Trazo no fluido y de escasa calidad.
Diseño elegante, pero escritura deficiente. Después de unos días sin uso, la tinta se seca y es preciso volver a limpiar plumin.
