This is an excellent alternative for allopurinol which I am currently taking for my gout. I find it effective because I tried to take it instead of allopurinol for a week and i have not experienced any gout attacks until now. This is an amazing product who suffers from gout. I would personally recommend it to people with such condition. Disclaimer: this is my personal experience if in doubt please consult your GP.

Had terrible Gout for first time and in desperation bought Nutri Gout and combined with pints and pints of water. In about one and a half weeks,, it seems to have gone ( I hope). Would definitely try this product again quite simply because it appeared to work so well.

Used for gout but not convinced it helps yet. An expensive product to take long term without a positive result. Package split down one side, lucky the jar didn't fall out.

I have not started taking these yet as my gout has not come back ( crossing my fingers ) I have used these before and they got rid of my gout quite quickly and I have bought these again for when I go on holiday because I don't want to be without any pain relief if this flares up again. Just the job, anyway.

I'm so disappointed with this product. I usually take Tumeric tablets but decided to try these. The pain in my joint just got worse and spread into other joints. Within 2 days of stopping these tablets, the pain faded. Started taking them 2 weeks after the gout had gone and within days it was back. 2 days after throwing the tablets in the bin the pain was gone. Back to the Tumeric (which does help).

After suffering from a gout attack early this year I had tried various supplements to combat and help stabilize the urate levels in my blood. Although on the pricy side this product has cleared up my gout over 3-4 days (since acute attack) and allowed me to consume moderate levels of purines including meat, alcohol etc - However not BEER! Certainly does the job and 90 capsules typically lasts 1.5 - 2 months.

Bought these to see if they worked during a gout attack. As a test I stopped taking the anti-inflammatory tablets prescibed to me for use during an acute attack. It isn't instant but over the course of a couple of days the pain had gone completely. I now use them infrequently at the first sign of a flare up as it isn't clear from the labelling if you should take as a regulary daily supplement to stop attacks ever occurring or just when you need them at the start of an attack.
