The media could not be loaded.  I was hesitant to buy and install these I shouldn’t have been. Both my husband and I were hesitant to instal rails onto a brand new car but I’m so happy we did. I tried to get roof rails as an add on feature from the manufacturer when I purchased the car but roof rails aren’t an option from Honda for the CRV for 2020. (Should have went up one trim level) After looking up several YouTube videos on these we took the chance. I highly recommend doing research just to feel as confident as possible come time to instal. I was hesitant because once you start you can’t really go back. The instal was easier then I anticipated and went off without any issue. The gaskets fit well over the original trim that requires to be cut. This was my biggest worry. I was worried it wouldn’t seal well or that it would fall short of covering it all the way. The instructions allowed for more then enough leeway to cover the original trim work. They look fantastic! I would say it took us about an hour for the entire instal. We haven’t installed anything like this before. Not to say we’re the worst but most of our projects start out great an end with some issue, mistake or hangup. This went well and without a hitch.

Over all, great quality. Just like genuine Honda part. Fit my 2019 CR-V.Install took under 1 hour.However, make sure you have a saw or something similar that can cut through metal strips. One of the steps is to cut the metal trim which runs along where the side rails will go ..otherwise only required very basic tools (a shim and an allen wrench) .If your worried about this purchase, don't be. Its a safe bet.

Fit perfect but faded after 2 years turned yellow and suv is parked in garage except during work hours.

The instructions for use where the ones from the original Honda version which were quite helpful. however without the tools to get the trim off Maybe not as simple as describedEspecially The little clips are a little bit difficult to take offBut overall Good To put ononce the clips and the more important the back plastic part taken away This takes a little bit off Working you will eventually break the plastic prawns But that is not important as it will be Kept in place by the bar once they are Mountedonce you're done putting the bars you will notice that the plastic rubber especially on the front Is a little flimsy it doesn't really cover the whole area with a very tight fitAnother issue I found are that the Screws providered . They Are over Subpar quality so make sure when you tight them on You go slow ensuring they fit to the threads of the CarOverall happy with my purchase

My son and I installed these on his 2020 CR-V and it wasn't hard at all (other than how cold it was outside). Unfortunately one of the covers for the screws was broken so I need to get that replaced but otherwise everything was great. Definitely worth the money.

Everyone said takes about 3 hours to install... literally 40 mins. That was just my hesitation to cut existing trim piece. Leave the back plate alone, only pull the front to just beyond last screw and cut. Easy install.

Do not buy from this company or this product. This product is horrible. It was a Christmas gift and it came with one very badly bent rail. This is unacceptable because the box was not damaged. They knew it was bent but still packed and shipped it.. Would have given a 0 rate if it allowed me too. Very disappointed. Could not return due to return expiration.👎😡 I ended up purchasing the genuine product from the Honda dealer. Much more money but Att product.

This rail is sturdy but difficult to install. The instructions are a picture pamphlet which are not very clear. The caps that go over the bolts are suppose to sit flush with the top of the rail but do not. I have already had one pop up and lost. I have tried to contact the company via Amazon to find out where I can purchase replacement caps and all I got back as a reply email was a picture of the rails I purchased. Also the rubber gasket does not cover the groove in the roof completely so water flows it into it and causes a water spout effect out the side of the windshield where you cut the plastic. I had to purchase an additional rubber z-tape by 3-m to secure it so no water got underneath. Now it is pointless because I lost one cap and we are back to the water spout. Customer service could be greatly improved. My advice.. spend the extra money and get a genuine Honda roof rail. If something was to happen to the roof rail replacement parts are easy to get.
