I take them twice daily. No issues with them. They seem to make the most noticeable difference when I have to take an antibiotic.

I take one a day and keep digestion working welll.

My wife and I have been taking these for probably 6+ years now. Typically with probiotics you have to switch up strains to maintain effectiveness - OR - there are so few actual probiotics in the capsule that you dont see any benefit. These solve both issues so we have never had to switch them up. I take them in the morning with the rest of my supplements and at night if I'm eating out (you never know) and they work great. I've taken them with me when I travel to India and all over the Caribbean. Two quick stories of how powerful these are - my wife and I went on a cruise around the Gulf of Mexico - 6 countries. Took these in the morning, at night and before meals. We were both able to eat and drink locally when we were there during the day. Neither of us had major stomach issues. Story 2 - A friend of mine and her sister went to Cuba and made the huge mistake of "going native". Her sister got so sick they had to take her to a hospital. My friend was sick to her stomach for five days - stay home, no work, vomiting sick. I told her to get these and after her being sick for 5 days, these cleared the stomach bacteria up with a day. She, like we, were not belivers in this "witchcraft" but they do prove their worth. I plan to continue to buy these as long as they are made.

I’ve purchased these for a long time (years) now. After travel, a not so healthy day of eating, and just as a daily regiment, my stomach feels great, and my skin looks better.

This is the only probiotic I've tried--and I've tried many--that made a difference in how I feel. I was seeking a cure for chronic stomachaches, and since I've been taking Vitacost I am virtually free of them.

I have been using these for quite a while. Hard to tell if it's made any difference but I guess the fact that everything is working properly is a good indication that it is.
