So I thought this product would be a bit bigger. But I got what I paid for, the SAMPLE size. I have yet to use it on MY natural hair, however I can give you a very honest review as I used it in my daughter's hair. She is natural as well and her hair texture is very close to mine.THE REVIEW:First let me say, please try to keep this butter in a cool (to cold) place. I live in north Texas and it is getting to the hot days now. I left the butter on my night table and when I went to use it on my daughter's hair, it was a melted puddle lol. This melting however did NOT ruin the quality of the product. It was smooth, creamy and melted, but it did still go on nicely. Second, It is magic! My daughter never moisturizes her hair, so when I put it on, I thought that it wouldn't penetrate her dry hair, but I was very happy to see not only did it penetrate, it went into the hair shaft and didn't feel greasy or oily. Her hair responded to the moisture in the TGIN like it was waiting for it all along. Third, she is on day three of wearing her hair style and I have not had to reapply the butter. It is awesome!!I will be buying the full size of this product. Doing my daughter's hair took about half of the container. So there will be a little or me to use , but I will need more of the product as my hair is denser than my daughter's.It will be a staple in my hair regimen and this is huge for me to say as I make EVERYTHING I use in mine and my girls' hair. I don't purchase things I can make at home, but I WILL pay for a higher quality product, and this TGIN is definitely high quality.

As soon as I opened this Hair Butter and felt it, I knew it was for me, so I immediately ordered another one. The texture is very smooth to the touch. It melts into my hair instead of sitting on top of it and a little goes a long way. It has a neutral, soft scent which I find very pleasing. I've used it for a week now and there's been no build up whatsoever. I'm glad I ordered 2 and I plan on continuing to make it a part of my healthy hair care journey.

Very moisturizing and smells incredible. It does leave a slight sticky residue on hands but other than that I love it.

Sooo awesome! I was nervous about using a daily cream on my fine, medium density, curly hair, but it is FANTASTIC! A little goes a long way (especially if you have fine hair) but I haven't noticed any yucky build up or residue, and my curls stayed soft and pliable all day long. A little mist of water, a dab of cream, and a paddle brush, and BAM! Brings my curls to LIFE.Will be purchasing the full sized jar when this one runs out, and I expect it'll keep me happy for a LOOOONG time to come. =}

Leaves your hair feeling heavy with a nasty build up on it. I put a pea size amount around the edges of my hair just to try it out and it flaked up almost instantly. I'm glad that i didn't buy the full size version.

I am transitioning from relaxed to natural and am implementing many natural regimens in my journey. I have what I believe to be high porosity/4c hair. I purchased this to be my cream in the "LOC" method. I first tried to use it just as a moisturizer for everyday styling. I used very little just to test, but it weighed my hair down so much. It was really limp and wet and I had to use a dryer to attempt to get the dampness out. I can tell that it won't get me the results I'm looking for with the LOC method, so I will keep looking. I'm glad I only got the travel size to test it out first. I'm still learning my hair and as a I said transitioning, so maybe will try once I am 100% natural, but this is a no go until then.

I got the travel size and it's not even halfway gone after a couple months with me using it every few days. I have really thin hair that tangles and frizzes easily and it has done so well at smoothing it out and making it look softer. Sometimes it smells funny when first applied, but then it leaves a yummy lasting scent.

I have very fine hair and this works as a great edge control for me. I use it for almost everything on my hair. It works for me as a pre-poo, moisturizer, deep conditioner, leave in conditioner, edge control, gel, etc. It is truly worth the money for me!
