    First attempt was good

I used this to dice a raw pork shoulder skin, very easy and clear cut. I was slow in cutting because I was being very cautious of the sharp blade. I’m sure it would save me much time in cutting raw meat as time goes by. It’s made in China.

Only used it once, well balanced, razor sharp and the only knife I will ever use ( need). Chopping vegetables is so easy, as is cutting through various meats. I don't think I will need to sharpen very often, after using the blade is still razor sharp.

I was surprised to find when it arrived that it was made in China, not Japan. I prefer not to buy Chinese goods,  and this, despite its apparent good quality is of Chinese, not Japanese, origin
