After reading about this product on Consumer Labs website I decided to give it a try. I have been fighting high BP for 2 years since I had bypass surgery. My BP has been constantly in the 150/88 range, sometimes much higher, with many different dosages and different meds from the doctor. They just couldn't get it down. After taking this garlic a little over a week, this morning at the doctors office my BP was 114/78. Let me repeat.114/78. They took it twice just to be sure. I will be using this product from now on. I feel so much better.Update-After using this for 6 months my BP averages 115/65. Another benefit I have noticed is that mosquito's no longer bite me. Living in the south I have always been a target of these and other biting pest and would have to wear long pants or "Off" while outside but no more. I don't smell garlicky to people but the biting pest are sure turned off from it.

My Heart doc put me on Lisinopril 20MG with a statin drug with duritics when my BP was about 145/85. My cholesterol was 232. I had not done my research, so I complied and took his meds. Several weeks later, I went back for a checkup to make sure his meds did lower my BP. I was well within the range of 125/78. Doc was happy, but I was not because I had done my research. I told doc that I had had time to do my research and his plan for me was my plan B or C. I told him I was going to take Kyolic Aged Garlic 107 for the cholesterol and OliPure BP for the BP. I am now on Day 102 since my visit to the doctor. I just had a new blood draw at 90 days to check the cholesterol and it came back as 203. My BP has taken a while to come down and this morning it was 123/79. Now I am exercising daily and not eating processed food (any food that comes out of a box). I have lost 15 lbs. I attribute the wonderful news of having cholesterol in control to the Kyolic Aged Garlic. You do not have to settle to let someone else control your future health.....doctors treat symptoms, not causes. Kyolic works. (Also, read Dr. Sherry Rogers book "Is Your Cardiologist Trying to Kill You") When I showed this book to the doctor, he shut up......he then looked at my wife and said, are you going to let him do this and she said yes. Do your own research and win.

I have taken this as directed for a year. I also added omega 3 fish oil. My recent blood work shows that this product lowered my overall cholesterol by 20 points! My triglycerides are lower too! Highly recommend!

First, let me say I love Kyolic products. However, with this one, the product does not state the source of its phytosterols. I assumed (yes, I know) there was no soy since it wasn't listed. A friend suggested I contact the company to be sure. I did. They responded quickly, thoughtfully and said the phytosterols could be from either corn or soy. They are not required to identify the source because of the quality of soy they use. The product is probably a great one for those not concerned with soy.
