Chairs are very comfortable. It feels so good just to sit back in it where the back is fully supported. The lheight are just right. The only thing I’m hesitant about is the wheels. It rolls easily enough but I do have to be careful

It was a challenge putting it together. Don't follow the instructions. Connect the back to the sides first then the bottom.

We purchased 8 chairs which came in 4 boxes. We were able to assemble 5 of them with great difficulty and contacted the seller who sent us 3 more chairs. After struggling with the chairs for hours we were finally able to assemble 8 of them. The chairs that could not be assembled were due to uneven manufactured sections that no matter what we did they would be wobbly on the floor.We used the chairs for a poker game and within 15 minutes, the castors on 4 of the chairs broke - see the photos. Our guests weigh less than 160lb with one weighing 95lb who was sitting on one of chairs that the castor broke.The chairs scratched our flooring so I immediately asked everyone to get up and we stopped using them.I contacted Amazon to return the chairs. All I received was a return confirmation with mailing labels which were not pre-paid. So I contacted the seller who told me to contact Amazon since return labels were issued by Amazon. After going back and forth for several days, I filed an A-Z claim and was assured by Amazon customer service that they will follow up with the seller and get me pre-paid shipping labels.Note that we now have 6 boxes, and the cheapest shipping method would cost over $765 with UPS ground while Amazon requested we ship them back requesting signature which meant using Fedex or USPS. Well, Fedex would cost twice and much while USPS would not accommodate boxes of this size and weight.After over a dozen fall calls and chats with Amazon who kept telling me not to worry as the seller is just dragging its feet to run out the clock so we will lose the window to ship the chairs back, I filed a dispute with Visa and after waiting for 45 days Visa finally closed the dispute and credited our account.This seller is a fraud. The phone number they list on their site is out of service. Their chairs are completely useless. Amazon A-Z sounds great but did not help us in any way. We will never buy any large items from Amazon again after this fiasco.I am now working with my garbage collection service to come and pick up the boxes that have been sitting in my living room for almost 3 months.Oh yeah. One more thing. Amazon customer service supervisor told me in chat (I have screenshots of the chat) that he will refund my prime membership as a courtesy since some of the payment was through a gift card, and surprise, no such refund was issued. So even though Visa issued me a credit, I am still down about $80 because a gift card was used for part of the payment.

Great, comfortable chair. I am short and most office chairs are too deep for me. This one fits me perfectly. I like that the cushion edge curves downward so the seat does not dig into the backs of my legs. It rolls smoothly too.

You need to assemble this product.. Read the directions twice before commencing the assembly. And remember, you are saving a WHOLE LOT of money doing this. The product is GREAT!

I received the chair in a box, but on opening the seat cushion is wrinkled. I took a picture sent it for replacement and I got a response that it will be sent.I never received a replacementI should have never been charged for this bad productI sent a email to the manufacturer but no response.Not a good productI read a lot of review on Amazon about the product but it is not the best as reviewed
