I’m so glad I got this thing!!! I tried a couple of different products that do the same thing and I like this one because it allows for nasal breathing, which is the way to go. It even works with my full beard. It’s nice that it’s made in the USA and it did not break the bank one bit. Do I have the cajones to wear it in public? Not yet, but home workouts and breathing exercises are very much on the table. And maybe when the sky fills up with wildfire smoke, my neighbors will understand and not think that I’m just cosplaying Bane from Batman while I run down the street.

With my face shape I would need it a little small around the chin but I could not find the same product in a small.

I have been looking for this exact thing. But far as I know, this is it. Mask that filters and that trains your breath. Some things to consider... I find that the breath trainer is on the scale of.... novice. If you think this is hard on the highest settings, then this is the right one for you. The biggest complaint I have are1) the loop that goes around the ear needs better innovations and a Velcro strap is a almost acceptable compromise. Which if your jumping or running you will need it. 2) who the heck designed the plastic cover? That also needs innovation. 3) there should be more exhale valves or bigger or better design. Exhale also pushes the mask out for air to escape. On a fun note, on their site they have many mods that make you mask look fierce! ...For all of you having identity crisis. I appreciate the rubber sealing inside, that create the most seal (like those heavy duty masks) and the material that mesh fabric material feels soft. It comes with bunch of filters, that’s also nice. Those it does feel pretty secure in the inside (rubber ), I very much doubt it can pass a fit test due to the filtering method. So dont be using it for painting... cutting concrete etc. you can’t look cool doing that, only working out.

If you do need a filter and want very light resistance training during workouts, this might be ok, provided you can get one that's not broken or used. Also it may not be tight enough to seal properly on small heads. The band part is very stretchy and the amount of velcro is limited, though the ear loops do help. The seal on the box mine came in was loose and not actually sealing anything, and the mask had some dirt particles and what looked like grease marks from fingers on it, as if it had been used, so I sent a message to the seller and then disinfected it so I could still try it. Initially I tried to breathe through it and was shocked at how little resistance there was. Then realized it doesn't come with a filter pre-installed, attempted to install one and realized the cage is broken where it connects to the mask with its tiny piece of plastic. Once I put the cover back on it still held in place so that was fine, but the resistance was still incredibly low. I know you can put up to 3 filters in, but I'm not going to bother with that for something with such poor quality that likely won't even stay on my face properly. Returning it. Update: Great customer service! The seller got back to me quickly and let me know that Amazon handles all their returns, so if it was used that is an Amazon issue, and they offered to send me a replacement with no need to return. So if a used and/or broken mask was your only concern, it sounds like the seller would take care of that. It still won't work for me, unfortunately.

Used it today at my workout and Its perfect !!! I could really feel the difference in my breathing. This is a must item for every person who loves working out. I couldn’t figure out at first how it works lmao but after reading the instructions I realized how easy it is. I will buy this as a gift to my buddy as well.

Wasn’t any sizes available. The one I received is fitting small so air still seeps through the sides. Also came with a separate strap. I used it without the extra strap and the part that straps in the back where the ear holes are slides down leaving you with your ears squished down. So I used the extra strap and fixed it through the ear holes to hold the ear holes from sliding down and it would force the mask upward. This wasn’t the product for me although I had high hopes for it.
