This is terrific. It massages at 3 strengths and warms at two. The weight of it is just enough to help relax the shoulder and neck muscles, but not too heavy. It goes off for safety automatically in case you fall asleep. The velour fabric is very silky. Well padded but not too bulky. I now use it every night while watching TV. It has helped relax my upper body tension tremendously. It is a great value. I like the length of the back panel which goes down to the thoracic section. It is much more comfortable to lean against than the ones which end at the shoulder blades and it warms more of the upper back. All in all, it is the best of its kind I have found.

I like that the product has different vibration settings. It really relaxes your muscles and eases some of the tension and pain if you have it within your neck, shoulders or back. I tested it as soon as they delivered it. It's easy to operate and store. Also, even though it only has one heat setting. The heat level that they have on there is just right. It doesn't get to hot and it's not less hot to where you can't feel the heat. But just right! Now for someone who likes alot of heat then I wouldn't suggest this product. You would need a product where you would be able to adjust the heat. Ijs! Above all great product. Helps alleviate pain as well as relaxing muscles.

It’s really good, but I don’t like that the cord comes out of one of the flaps. It has to go across my arm and gets in the way at times. The controls are on the flap and work well, but I wear glasses and the controls are too close for me to see them clearly. I have a similar unit and the cord comes out of the back and the controls are on the cord which makes them easy to see. But this one is a bit more comfortable as the vibrators are not as big.

It’s ok. It doesn’t get hot enough in the least! However, the vibrating massager is surprisingly relaxing. It’s not an intense massage nor is it a strong vibration but the vibration does somehow relax you. I’m still on the fence about keeping it...probably would be good for an elderly person as it doesn’t ger too hot and won’t burn fragile skin and the vibration isn’t too intense.

I bought this because it is supposed to be like a heatpack and massager in 1 and thats basically what i needed. It massages but I cant get it to pinpoint and area. I have tried laying on my back withit on but that makes it stop vibrating and the heat on this thing is weak. I couldnt even tell it was warming because the heat doesnt really come on well. This was a waste of money and I just ended up buying a regular heat pack and a separate massager to get the job done

As a graphic artist I find that my neck and back are often stiff and sore. I had looked for a long time for a product like this and am so glad I found this. The description says two speeds but mine actually has three. It is soothing and the heat is just right for me. The only drawback is that it is pretty noisy, especially on high but I am willing to deal with that for the relief I get from this product. Great product.

This wrap puts you to sleep with its warmth and massage. The cover is soft and the weight keeps it in place during the massaging which has multiple speeds and cycles to choose from. Excellent purchase and will purchase more for my family members and friends. The personal note from manufacture was interesting and you can tell this company cares about its product and buyers. Great purchase. Great quality and price.

This product was expensive and made by a Canadian company so I thought it would be high quality - however it stopped working before I had it for 3 months and the company will not respond to my emails
