Perfect flavor
I love this vinegar! or "condiment" as it's called. It's the perfect balance of sweet and tart. Try it on plain cukecumber & tomato salad...yumm!

This is the best tasting stuff within my budget
Once I investigated balsamic vinegars, I decided this iteration of genuine balsamic was about all my budget could handle (my first exposure to this Giusti balsamic vinegar was completely serendipitous, as a sale on a set of vinegars from a gourmet website). While some purists might look askance at my use of this for prosaic broccoli salad, the flavor burst is well worth the price. I haven't tried using the vinegar alone as a condiment, but intend to try; a little goes a long way!

Buy the lowest price
This is a nice, syrupy, aged balsamic vinegar. However, it is sold in at least three different 250 ml bottles of different shapes, this one shaped like a champagne bottle, another one short and squat, and a third tall and thin with a long neck, each at a different price point. As best I can determine, the product in all three is identical, so unless you are collecting bottles, buy the one with lowest price.

Best Balsamic Vinegar from Italy
Have been buying Guisti Balsamic Vinegar for years now. Not always available everywhere in US. Met their rep in Bra, Italy at a cheese festival. They have various grades and flavors now. It is the best from Modena, Italy in my opinion and I'm happy Amazon has it for sale.

Without a doubt, the best balsamico at a reasonable price
I have been using the red label Giusti for years, and any salad to which it has been added has been a life changing experience, both for me and my guests. I have also tried yellow label (much more expensive) and white label, but red has the best taste IMHO. I cannot recommend it enough.
