Impossible to find this item in our area! Love monk fruit sugar as it allows me to make "sugarless" baked goods that actually taste good with none of that aftertaste you get with stevia. Also use it to cut down the sugar needed in baking recipes. Can use a 1:1 ratio for baking so it's easy to use-no converting. Makes outstanding Mexican wedding cookies!

First time trying monk fruit sweetener & have to say I like it better than Swerve or any other artificial sweetener I have used. No after taste & no overly sweet. Great product.

Wow! First time trying monk fruit sugar just made fresh limeade honestly I can’t tell the difference with regular sugar. No after taste.

This powdered version tastes very good with no aftertaste which is very hard to find in other products. I don’t think it’s truly a one to one ratio with sugar but it’s pretty close. My only problem is that it is very powdery so it tends to get all over the place. I’m going to try the granulated version instead.

after trying every type of stevia and monk fruit under the sun ive finally found this standout product!! its fantastic for baking and makes low carb / keto cooking a breeze. you can also use it in drinks and it has truly NO aftertaste like the others. this is the perfect sweetner- I will never use sugar for anything ever again! its also been shown to have some beneficial effects in dentistry and a few other medicinal pros I could find too. the powdered mixes better into both baking and fluid based things. the granular needs a bit of liquid to dissolve. just my preference though! 10/10!

Cumple su función. El sabor es bueno y efectivamente se puede usar en todo de repostería como sustituto de azúcar. Pero a mi en lo personal me causan muchos malestares estomacales los polialcoholes. Así que no lo voy a volver a comprar por esta razón.Mejor no tomo azúcar o uso poca miel o jarabe de arce o stevia para endulzar.

I'm rating the 'So Nourished' POWDERED Monk Fruit Erythritol Blend Sweetener, which I put to the ultimate test yesterday, with my no-bake mascarpone cheese cake and it passed with flying colors. In the past, I had unsuccessfully tried Granulated Monk Fuit Erythritol blend (which I buy in bulk) with this recipe and other no-bake confections and I never got the product to dissolve. The result was a very gritty dessert...not good at all; even when I ground it to a powder, I could still feel some grittiness. This 'So Nourished' product, which is a very fine powder, totally dissolved just like sugar! I will be ordering it again.

This product is great value ! I have purchased other like sweetener from a different company and this on was quite a bit cheaper. That being said this product has no bitter after taste and works well in every recipe I have used it in and it measures the same as regular sugar making the baking just as easy when reading the recipes so buy some and enjoy !
