I bought another recently after having bought first one. But second time on/ off switch was not there, so little difficult to monitor temperature. But overall good product.

Nonworking damaged piece was delivered.
I got a defective piece. It's not working. Leave steam , water is not becoming hot as well.Kindly replace it with new one. It is having 6 months warranty also. How to replace it.
