I have been using Squinchers for 2-3 years, & I love it. The fruit punch is my favorite. I tried other brands of liquid Electrolyte drinks, but they taste gross. When I started drinking Squinchers, I quit having a lot of leg cramps, so this is a big thing for me!

It seems I'm always feeling so thirty & can never get the electrolytes I need. The taste is so good, reminds me of Hawaiian Punch from back in the day. I buy sugar free, so it works great. I like the convenience of it, small packets to throw in the suitcase, purse & the glovebox. I have shared these with workers the house & many others. Everyone seems to agree with me.
