The grape flavor on these is honestly excellent and not that fake medicine taste a lot of zero sugar mixes have. When the packets are fresh, they dissolve well and the electrolites feel effective without being overly salty. That said, a few packets arrived already dried out, which affected the consistancy and made them harder to mix. Because of that, this would have been a three star for me. For sure the best flavor outta the whole sqwincher lineup . This really helps me as a delivery driver, for its price it hydrates me really and i have tried other competitors they work really well on those hot days. It may seem low quality but they work well.

I always like Squincher gum so I took a chance on this. Tasty and not too sweet. Sure it doesn't taste like natural grape, but it's grape drink and surprisingly good. I've had other "grape" flavored water enhancers and this is the best so far, no harsh aftertaste either. Plus, it doesn't have too much food coloring compared to other drink mixes. It was a good purchase for me.

Fruit punch flavor tastes just like Kool-Aid if there was no sugar added. Easy to mix and drink. Honestly, I can't say much for the effects...I bought this because I was drinking more water than I should, so I was looking for a way to add electrolytes into the mix without getting excess sugar. I'm drinking a bit less water now, but my habits are hard to break, so I can't honestly say if it's working or not. But it's low-cost, tastes good, and easy to use, so unless something bad happens, I'll probably keep using it.

Love the lemon lime. I like to double up for more flavor punch but with this flavor you can always just add to other beverages without it being over powering & still giving the electrolytes you need.
