I got my JL Rubicon in September 2021 and wanted to get the Warn mid height grill tube but they were out of stock... everywhere! I looked at other guards and tubes from other manufacturers but couldn't find one I liked better or even as much as the Warn. I waited and waited and waited and then after 7 months they finally came back in stock. So glad I waited and got this one. This gives me the look I wanted. Now understand that if you ever plan to use the two front tow hooks, the bar gets in the way so get yourself some rope shackles for when the need arises. Otherwise this bar looks great, it's super easy to install and fit/finish is right on. For the money it's a no-brainer.

Just what I wanted. I had to have my husband loosen the bolts some on the bumper. Otherwise I was able to install it myself. Between my husband and I, it was installed in 15 minutes. Very quick! Looks great, fits perfectly on the OEM steel bumper. It does come close to the recovery points on the bumper, but not an issue for me. I have had shackle points attached underneath at the frame. The mid size is perfect. And from the drivers seat you do not see it, so it doesn't affect your sight.

Very nice fit. Feels like a quality, rugged product. Not as solid as a welded bar, but hey, I guess you can weld it on if you want to. Very easy installation, less than ten minutes. But be aware, the bar ends up very, very close to the ends of the bumper mounted tow hooks (about 1/4"), effectively turning them into closed recovery points. I consider this to be a mostly positive thing. There's no way that a shackle can jump off the hook. There are no tabs for mounting lights, but it seems like you could adapt some kind of clamps or weld your own tabs on exactly where you need them.

The Warn, Mid Bull-Bar, is designed to fit your existing front JT and JL Rubicon bumper. The install takes literally 10 minutes. The material is made of steel and the tubular circumference is descent providing a semi aggressive look. The bar does not come designed with a light bracket mount, however, there are plenty of aftermarket brackets to supplement a light fixture to the bar. The prize is for the bar is moderately cheap pricing around $100-150. Pro- easy install, economical Cons- only fit JL and JT Rubicon editions.

Mid-height that looks like it will offer the protection I was looking for. No issues with shipping or with the finish. Installation was easy enough. I bought it right before heading out on a trip into the mountains of Northern Arizona from Southern California. Some commented on the clearance between the tow hooks and the bar. I consider this a positive since now I have essentially a closed loop perfect for use with a soft shackle, if needed. I recommend this product.

I have had many WARN products in the past for my other Jeeps however, this may be the last. Within 2-3 weeks and one rainstorm I now have surface rust on the welds which is unacceptable by all means. Surface rust after 2-3 weeks and one rain indicates poor quality control and manufacturing.

Delivery was quick and easy, the product came well packed and the fit was perfect. Used the tools that came with the Jeep and had it installed in 3 min. Will add a pair of 7’ led lights to it next. Very happy UPDATE: I’m also expecting rusting at the welds which is very odd as I rust proof my complete exterior yearly. I will clean up the rust, repaint and rustproof again… see what happens. Doubt the @Warn would do anything about it. Still very happy with this product and would buy it again.

Even though i have JK not a JL jeep with an older Warn Rock Crawler bumper ( Warn no longer makes this item for my model), i’d give this one a try. ( a mid height ). It’s a close but not perfect fit. If yu don’t mind drilling 3 holes and using JB weld to keep it in place. Plus it has to be mounted off-center. Oh well. Still looks good and will serve its purpose. It’s still a Warn product!

First one showed up sticking half way out of the box all beat up. Replacement showed up in an undamaged box, yet the bar was still chipped in many places and showing signs of rust.

Really happy w/ the product. Looks good. Fits well. I ordered the "medium" rise. Arrived very quickly. Very easy to install.
