He was very good in communicating and quickly sent a replacement.<<<Despite the initial issue, I am very pleased with this basket.The stitching looks almost too simple to hold the rope together but it is surprisingly strong (I can lift my 35 lb kid in this basket) and the handles are more duable than percieved. So clearly this is durable and the size is amazing.No, I don't store my child in it (what kind of person do you think I am?), but I do use it to contain all the parts for my special water vacuum which makes it convenient to grab from the closet. So clearly this is more than just a blanket, laundry or toy basket.The only downside I can forsee would be cleaning it, but I'd image spot cleaning with Resolve should easily do the trick when/if the time does come.Overall: great versatile basket 😉 happy customer

I got my basket today in the mail and I am seriously in love! First of all it’s a great size. Not too big that it takes up a lot of room but not too small so I can store kids toys or throw blankets in my living room. It also looks modern and stylish. I initially planned on using this in my daughters room for toys but I love the look and it goes perfect with my living room!This basket is well made and very sturdy so I am also confident that it will survive my kids and still look great after they jump all over it.I am really happy with my purchase and I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a beautiful and functional storage alternative. Very well made and looks amazing in my room plus it seems really durable. It’s not too big and bulky like some I have looked into but fits snug next to my closet. It does come folded and has creases but they smooth out once you start using it. If you are in the market for a real eye pleaser, this is for you! I absolutely love this basket and have already recommended it to my family and friends.

I love this basket!!! It’s plenty big and great material. I have one in corner of my living room for things like yoga mat, yoga block, neck massager, heating pad..things that I access a lot in living room but just don’t want on the floor.I may get another one to use as a hamper

I bought this as a gift for my wife - we have lots of blankets and pillows in our living room that just sit on the ground in the corner. This arrived, promptly, at work today. I took it out of the package to let the fold lines relax. Since it's made from cotton I think it will take shape quickly, especially when it's filled up. The price was fair, not too much. This will help organize our room and it looks great.

I love the look of the basket but it comes folded up and has never gotten into the round shape. So you can’t just throw clothes in it... you have to open it up with one hand every time because the sidewalls touch. It’s been a couple months and still not round. I even stuffed it with blankets for a week! Pretty frustrating. We are on here looking for a new hamper now. Seems they can add like a thin wire around the top to keep it round. Oh well. We are going to try something else.

This cotton basket surpassed my expectations! It’s sturdy, roomy and, because of its neutral color, looks good in any home. I am currently using it as a toy basket for my two sons and it fits their toys perfectly. I would love to see a bigger size in the future, or maybe a pack of 3 assorted sizes. I look forward to buying more in the future to use in different areas of my house.

I bought this recently and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Super affordable, great quality, and I got exactly what I expected. Shipping was surprisingly fast and I reached out to the seller to ask a question about the basket and they were very quick to respond and very helpful. They come folded up but will get its shape after putting things in it which is what I contacted them about. We use them to store our blankets in for the living room but I think I will order more because it looks like they would also make great laundry baskets.
