Q: Is the cloth very thin?

It's completely see through, at least the lighter colors. Might as well be naked, I'm returning it sadly cause it was a cute design and very soft. But you would have to wear a bra and underwear to not have your bits showing, and then you'd have to be comfortable with whoever seeing your underwear.

Q: Im 5'2 198lbs i like loose fitting clothes to sleep. i would normally buy an xl would a xxl be better or should i get a 3xl ?

I got the 3x, wear 2x clothes but wanted it loose and it is. Fits good and roomy but not too big. The XXL should work I'd think

Yes, It has two pockets!! I really like them

Q: Are they true to size?

I am 5' 9" and wear a 12 so I ordered a L; it comes down to my knees and it is quite loose. A medium would probably be a better fit and still not be too tight. This material is soft and "stretchy" so I'm wondering whether it will stretch out even more if worn. Seriously debating returning for a smaller size.
