Braun Strowman (Hell in a Cell)Becky Lynch v. Charlotte Flair (Evolution)As always, there were some better matches than the ones here, but they were by the B-listers, and WWE's "Best Of" DVDs are strictly A-List affairs. All respect to Roman Reigns, but we didn't need three matches of him; Also didn't need Nia "two moves" Jax either. And AJ Styles had at least three matches better than the one with Samoa Joe. OTOH, the Women's MITB deserves to be here, as do two matches from Charlotte Flair v. Becky Lynch and holy hannah, one Miz match per disc!?! Awesome!!YMMV

Both men went back & forth early on with one man taking advantage of the other's multiple attempts of high risk attempting to ground him slowing the pace down focusing on an area of the body using his environment to his advantage on more than one occasion to the point where the effects where showing while his opponent went fast paced continuing to utilize various aerial offense both in & outside of the ring in a competitive match that came down to one man being able to catch the other.BacklashWomen’s Money In The Bank Ladder Match: Sasha Banks vs. Charlotte Flair vs. Becky Lynch vs. Ember Moon vs. Alexa Bliss vs. Natalya vs. Naomi vs. Lana - This was the first time women from both brands were represented in this match featuring such highlights as various unique offensive maneuvers either landing either themselves or their opponents onto a ladder either from a standing or aerial position including some never before seen, the ladder used as a weapon take out one or more opponents, temporary alliances, different ways trying to climb the ladder from it not being opened to springboarding out of the ring onto it resulting in the type of action expected from this type of match.Money In The BankRAW Womens Champion Nia Jax vs. Ronda Rousey - This was Rousey's first televised singles match with Nia using her superior size & power to her advantage tossing her around & able to keep stopping any attempt at momentum dead while executing impactful maneuvers & wearing her down with her strength while Rousey relied on her judo background & submissions catching her opponent in different positions along with various strikes & taking high risk before one person decided to take advantage of the situation ultimately working out in her favor.Money In The BankSteel Cage Match: Braun Strowman vs. Kevin Owens - Owens kept attempting to escape from the moment the bell rang with Braun constantly stopping him & demanding Owens to fight him causing Owens to deliver a series of trademark offense both on the mat & in the air along with using desperate tactics while Braun utilized the cage to his advantage multiple times along with his unmatched power with one man officially winning the match but his opponent making a bigger statement.Extreme RulesRoman Reigns vs. Bobby Lashley - Lashley had the early advantage with his superior power & wrestling ability early on causing Roman to utilize his power strikes & taking advantage of his environment along with one power blow that knocked his opponent off balance for a bit as Lashley continued to deliver power offense including catching Roman & coming off the top rope while Roman himself was able to catch him in mid-move with his own offense with both men continuing to trade momentum throughout the contest as it ultimately came down to one man catching the other in a physical contest.Extreme RulesWWE Champion A.J. Styles vs. Samoa Joe - Styles wife & daughter were in the crowd for this match while Joe continued to taunt them before the match along with attempting other mind games to frustrate Styles only for Styles to return the mind games as both men executed similar strikes with Joe kicking his opponent's legs out from under him delivering impactful offense & leaving his feet more than once while also attempting to ground him meanwhile Styles relied on his trademark aerial offense from various positions along with a series of strikes & showing his own strength lifting Joe but also hurt himself in the process as they traded momentum with the action eventually getting out of control & one man ultimately paying for it.SummerSlamDaniel Bryan vs. The Miz - Miz's wife Maryse was sitting in the front row as Miz was able to deliver a cheap shot early on along with continuing to use Bryan's own trademark offense as his own only for Bryan to immediately return the favor while fulfilling on his promise of what he's wanted to do for years to Miz as both men would utilize similar offense from submission to coming off the top rope as Miz continued to use his opponents' offense as it own only for Bryan to demand more & returning it while Miz was able to use his momentum against him & take advantage of his environment as they continued to trade submissions & strikes in a back & forth match.SummerSlamUniversal Champion Brock Lesnar vs. Roman Reigns - Roman immediately executed a series of superman punches & spears right at the bell only for Brock to catch Roman in mid-move & take him to "Suplex City" along with taking advantage of his positioning allowing him to eliminate a distraction at ringside in the process only for Roman to take advantage in the end in a match that was short & did it's job in setting up future matches & storylines for the next few months in the process but nothing special past that.SummerSlamHell In A Cell Match: Jeff Hardy vs. Randy Orton - This was the not only the debut of Jeff Hardy in this type of match but also the red colored Hell In A Cell as both men were thrown into the cell within the opening moments with weapons introduced & used in different ways from a ladder battery ram to a surfboard table along as Hardy continued to take high risk while Orton focused on punishing Hardy methodically using whatever he could from weapons in unique ways to pieces of ring gear along with other methods with a tool box that could only be described as "sadistic" with Hardy continuing to be a daredevil throughout this match that left it's effect on both men physically.Hell In A CellSmackDown Womens Champion Charlotte Flair vs. Becky Lynch - Both women started grappling early on using the same offense & showing that they know each other by rolling through & countering each other with Becky focusing on the arm with various armbars & hammerlocks along with utilizing her surrounding environment with Flair showing the effects but still fought back with one arm showcasing her power as they went back & forth trading submissions in a back & forth match that came down with one man being able to catch the other.Hell In A CellHell In A Cell Match w/special referee Mick Foley: Universal Champion Roman Reigns vs. Braun Strowman - It should be noted that this was Braun's Money In The Bank cash in with Mick Foley as the referee to celebrate the 20th anniversary of his infamous match against Undertaker. The Cell came into play in the opening minute with bodies being rammed into it repeatedly along with using their surrounding environment either as a weapon or to make their signature offense more impactful as more weapons would be utilized with some of them being completely destroyed over the body with one superstar using his opponent's momentum against him while the other was able to keep stopping his opposition's dead in their tracks as both men continued to use their signature moves repeatedly catching their opponent off guard utilizing the weapons available with allies & enemies of both men making their presence known to the point where there were bodies laid out everywhere & only one person left standing in the ring in a good Cell match with a bad ending for this type of match.Hell In A CellLast Woman Standing Match: SmackDown Womens Champion Becky Lynch vs. Charlotte Flair - Both women started off an early series of avoiding each other's offense before one was able to get an advantage mocking their opponent & being the first to utilize a weapon before both of them had the same idea starting to fill the ring up & utilizing chairs in various ways from a weapon to making their offense more impactful landing either their opponent or themselves onto the chairs as both women continued to use more weapons utilizing them in unique ways & taking some high risk not paying off with the match being unable to stay contained in the ring & around ringside in what was nothing less than a very physical fight between both women.EvolutionAs usual with these types of releases, the match selection is subjective as some of the more quality encounters are left out in favor of other matches representing either a specific wrestler or moment but overall is an enjoyable release that I would recommend for a collector or those who don't have access to the WWE Network.
